We booked the Tenerife Family Adventure with Activities Abroad and cannot recommend the company highly enough. Communication was excellent in the lead up to the holiday and for the one small issue we had whilst away which was resolved quickly. Emails were always responded to quickly and the phone answered by a person rather than a machine or someone in a call centre. The holiday itself was great. Our 7yr old really enjoyed all the activities. The snorkeling was probably sightly advanced for him, but the guides happily spent time with him in the shallows. The guides were also great. Very knowledgeable and helpful and happy to tailor things to suit on the day. Would happily use the company for our next family holiday.
