10/10 Performed umrah along with Mrs with Newcastle travel and tours and although it was our first time but we never had any issues. Shoaib Bahi and his team are very helpful, organised and professional. Whole journey from start to finish was seamless and arrangements were outstanding. All packages are reasonably priced and definitely worth every penny. May Allah reward them for making the whole experience easy and joyful for us and I will highly recommend Newcastle travel and tours for any umrah and hajj journeys.

This is the first time I’ve travelled with Newcastle travel and tours and I truly hope it won’t be the last. Having experienced travel with several other agencies, this one stands head and shoulders above the rest because it didn’t feel like dealing with a service-provider but more like I was travelling with my own family. Although their packages are excellent, I was very impressed with the amount of preparation and planning that had gone into every step of the trip. There were no unreasonable delays and everything was taken care of to perfection. I paid just for the package but what I got for free was the kindness, courtesy, excellent communication and genuine care for my welfare. Shuaib bai & his tour guides were always available for any help & service. His wife took care of all the sisters. Mash'Allah brother Sheikh Mustafa has a beautiful gifted voice & gave lovely speeches. This was our 2nd Umrah with Newcastle Travel & Tours. We were recommended Newcastle travel and tours, by family and friends. We were booked for hajj in 2020, which was cancelled by Saudi ministry of hajj and then deferred booking to 2021, which again was cancelled. We have had really good customer service by brother shuheb, and received full refund.

We initially paid a deposit to secure are place and was kept informed daily on progress, information and what was happening around covid. Once recieving news that Hajj 2021 was going to be cancelled Shuaib immediately got in touch to explain what was going to be happening around the situation. Newcastle Travel and Tours is ATOL protected and had we no concerns about getting our money back. We received a full refund with no issues. An exceptional company, in shaa allah we will be using this company to book our Hajj in the future, and i would highly recommned to anyone that is thinking about Hajj to go with Newcastle Travel and Tours.

Newcastle Travel & Tours has exceeded my expectations in my Hajj experience. My husband and I performed Hajj in 2014 and we had the best service and staff at hand. I have been to Hajj twice before this and I can surely say that Hajj with Newcastle Travel & Tours has no competition. We stayed in the Zam zam clock tower which is on the doorstep of the Haram, and was amazed by the lunch and supper provided, where usually only breakfast is included in 5*. Throughout the trip, we were provided with our meals and especially during the Hajj rites, inundated with extras such as ice cream and mineral water bottles and complementary tea and coffee round the clock. The service was more than expected although we had Gold Services in Mina. This Hajj, there was no stress and fear involved. We performed all our rites according to Quran and Sunnah and nobody felt lost or out of reach. The team at Newcastle Travel & Tours goes the extra mile, far above what others offer, having closed the office during this time to offer exclusive service as needed. Usually other agents book your journey without accompany and Newcastle Travels has put our hearts at ease to concentrate on what really matters - the rites of Hajj. I would definitely recommend Newcastle Travel & Tours 100% without any doubt, for your Hajj and Umrah. Words cannot fully describe what you will feel and I will gladly go again without hesitation.
