D. G.We've just come back from a self guided tour of Andalucia and wanted to say a very big thank you for the excellent back up we received, when we had mechanical problems. No quibble, minimum of fuss, exactly what was needed. Antonio from the Granada bike shop was especially helpful driving out to replace one bike, probably 200Km round trip, as we dined out. Rachel and Dan helped with taxis, and all the fiddly liaison work that was needed in a supportive professional manner. We would definitely use again.
D. H.Excellent support to a complete stranger! We'd had a challenging day on the Corrieyairack Pass (Scotland) and unfortunately ran out of spares forcing us to walk the last 4 miles into town. Saddle Skedaddle were taking their own group over the pass the next day and offered assistance to us, allowing us to continue cycling in southern Scotland. Completely unexpected service from them; 5 star, will definitely be looking at their holidays. Good to have a chat and thank you so much!! 😊
