Just returned from an AMAZING holiday that was booked through the holiday shack. First time using them and will be using again for future holidays. Service was fab and had regular updates from Clare and Grace regarding our holiday. Nothing was to much trouble for them printed all our documents and kept in touch if there were any changes regarding flight changes, covid passes etc. Thank you Clare and Grace for arranging a fab holiday for us. Best travel agent I've ever used. The Holiday Shack have always given me great service and great prices but throughout lockdown they've been amazing. I had a trip to Bali booked that had to be cancelled and not only did they immediately give me the option of a full refund but also went away and found a similar deal for us to rebook. I was always able to contact them and they have been so reassuring. Highly recommend.
