Lovely girls ...after a little hiccups with boarding passes and seats ..and me getting stressed .... they sorted it chole your a absolute star.. and the rest of the team at weston favell too..by the way that cuppa was what I needed thank you all....

Mel Herbert has been an absolute star. I contacted the branch to see what my options were re moving our holiday to next year, charges etc. After having a nightmare with TUI earlier on this year waiting weeks for responses, I have to say I am so impressed with the service I have received from Mel!
