a. m.My partner and myself have just been into our local Norwich branch and we were seen by Cathy Leverett. We wanted to book a Mediterranean Cruise with P&O cruises. Cathy was so very helpful and very informative about our holiday. We both felt so relaxed and made to feel very welcomed. She explained all aspects of our holiday and soon we had booked. All staff in Norwich are a credit to the Hayes Travel brand. We will be booking all our holidays at Hays Travel Norwich from now on. Excellent customer service, well deserved 5 star.
