C. T.Tourist info is closed but I’m told you can get maps etc at the library at the Forum. We were lucky there was a woman giving out maps by the Grand Arcade/market who was very helpful. We had booked a walking tour via the visit Norfolk website in the afternoon and it was really good.
I. S.I took a walking tour with Angela. It really worth. She took us all over town, explaining the story of the city for hour and a half.
She has a lot of knowledge, very friendly and.madeus feel very welcome. I would strongly recommend her if you have the opportunity. Is not too expensive. Just £5. Available at 11:00 and 14:00. Is an easy way to explore the city.
There's also an small touristic shop in the main office to get some souvenirs.
The tour starts at the information point and ends in the cathedral. Gives you the opportunity to see the city hall, the royal arcade... and also known the origin of it.
M. I.We had an excellent tour of Norwich led by a knowledgeable chap called Chris. We were a small group and he walked us through Norwich history, at least as much as you can in an hour and a half. A lovely afternoon - highly recommend the tour and our guide.

The store is fairly small, but has a large assortment of products for sale at reasonable prices and staff are super helpful.
