B. L.I had a frustrating day, trying to phone to confirm a provisional booking. So many others phoning, that my call was not answered. I gave up, BUT - the following morning, Trailfinders phoned me. So apologetic, polite, professional, helpful. I am so glad that I chose Trailfinders, and look forward to our holiday with great confidence.

Johanna, answered all our concerns and went out of her way to ensure we had all the information required to quieten our concerns and put our minds at rest. Borneo here we come

J. H.Cassie at Trailfinders Norwich is absolutely fantastic! We were planning a trip to South AfricaI & had a rough idea of where we wanted to go etc, but the options were just too overwhelming. After a couple of conversations with Cassie, the perfect holiday for us was organised! Flights, transfers, beautiful hotels plus car hire all booked &, although expensive, no more so than if we had done it ourselves and with the knowledge that we had full back-up if we needed it!
