They are grest t packaging holidays ith multiple destinations.
Unfortnately we had an issue with one part of our holiday - not at all related to Trailfinders but because we booked through them to refund goes back to them. When ringing up to follow up accessing the refund the travel agent was understanding and apologtic. They dealt with the tsk promptly. I am very impressed with the service.
R. P.Fantastic service from Nigel, who helped us arrange a ridiculously complicated 6-week Round-the-World trip, accommodating our perpetual dithering and implausible requests. Everything he suggested (accommodation and excursions) was excellent, and his recommendation of Aitutaki in the Cook Islands proved to be the icing on the already-magnificent cake.
