Alhumdulillah I want to thank Noori Travel for making my journey so special. It is a fast and reliable service. They made our journey smooth without any hassle. The food and hotels were great Mashallah especially In Madina. They took us to Ziyarahs which was amazing. Alhumdulillah my journey was amazing and I would like to thank Noori Travel once more. Having just returned from Umrah I must say we received an exemplary service from Noori Travel, from the initial enquiry to the final flight we were given a truly professional, fast and efficient service, everything was to our satisfaction and staff in Makkah and Madina were always on hand to offer advice and help. The Ziyarats in especially Madina were absolutely heart warming our tour guide provided had in-depth historical knowledge of all areas visited. The service provided by Noori Travels was good and every detail was as expected. The hotels were brilliant, clean and welcoming staff. The rooms were spacious and modern. The only thing disappointing was the journey from Makkah to Madina, the vehicle was far too small for two group of passengers and luggages it was dangerous as the entrance door was blocked with a wheel chair there was no room to breath considering it was such a long journey. I would recommend Noori Travel to any one who wants to go to Umrah/Hajj but check Saudi transport details before travelling.

We received first class services throughout our journey in London, Dubai, Makah and Madina. We felt we are with our family. Special thanks to Mr Awais Mustafa for taking us to Kabah Sharif and guiding us through the process of touching the walls of Kabah. It took only 3 minutes to touch the walls of Kabah. Last min umrah My brother and I wanted to go to umrah at short notice. We decided on Sunday and wanted to leave on Thursday. I was told it cant happen by one agency but my friend who did hajj with Noori travel contacted them. Noori travel organised everything visa , transfers, hotels and 5*accommodation. Everything done with ease and arranged so well. this took a lot of stress off us. We left on thursday. I would highly recommend noori travel for all your pilgrimage needs. it was an amazing experience to be on HAJJ through Noori travel, All the staff were very pleasant, patient and serving us with the bottom of their hearts . they did extraordinary to make that journey as easy and as enjoyable as possible. they were always present on our finger tips whenever we needed them for anything. I would like to thank Noori Travel and Tours for the amazing service in regards to arranging my Umrah Visa last December. Me and my wife Alhamdo Lillah performed Hajj this year with Noori travels. The whole Noori Team was amazingly nice and helpful. Mostly food was very good, no complain at all. Laundry service was very nice. Hafiz Awais is a Gem. Hotel in Makkah Burj Al Sultan is just 5 minute walk from Haram and hotel in madina Al mukhtara international is also about 5 minute walk from Masjid e Nabvi, which was so so helpful. Apart from food, cold drinks was available all the time in Mina and Arafat which was amazing in 40+ Temperature. Hopefully I'm going for Umra in February with my entire family, and surely with Noori travel. So I strongly recommend Noori travel to travel with for your Umra and hajj.

Great team of guys and open and pleasant manner. They treat you as one of there own with respect and fully on hand with helping with documents. What's app conversion or over the telephone they are ready at first hand to help. Great office wonderful environment of work. Any one that need help with there Nadra card this is the team that go out there way they are not cheap but not expensive but they get the job done. Worth every penny. A job well done.

Service is ok but it is quicker and cheaper to go to the Pakistani embassy and apply for nadra card as the executive service costs only £70.00 and it arrives at your home address with in 2 weeks

The following review supports my Hajj experience for the year 2019: Pros • Hotels in Makkah and Madina are NEAR to the harams - can easily walk •Food served in the hotel is of good quality •Whatsapp group chat is helpful when planning the Hajj trip •Laundry service is provided •Madina ziyarat was included in the package •Complimentary coach service to Mina •Hajj seminar given in Makkah was very helpful Cons •No Mufti or Muallim which is a MAJOR drawback - caused major confusions amongst the group members •Staff are quite arrogant and rude at times - because they don't like answering repeated questions, although the customer has clearly payed for their service •Highly unorganised during Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah period regarding keeping the group oriented •Group members without a sim basically can't contact the team leaders because they don't have wifi, and therefore this means that no team leader knows whether one group member is lost or not •No reliability regarding timings - coaches & prayer times •The hotel in Makkah which was provided was highly disgusting as it breached health and safety due to poor washing facilities and an elevator which could only fit 2 people at a time
