Great reliable service arriving as indicated by timetable displayed at Bus Stop Shelter. If need bus from Royal Parade to Torpoint/Cornwall, take Citybus 70 operating at regular intervals & which takes passengers right across Torpoint Ferry. Operates as early as 6.15am Plymouth side from stop A3. Drivers very friendly & helpful. Can pay using contactless bank card.

Nice, would have given 5 stars if it was not for not finding a return bus service between Culver Way and Derriford hospital where I work ( both long days and night shifts).

The travel center is fine its just half of the bus service. Don't expect to be at an appointment at a certain time. I would recommend leaving at least 90 minutes early and that's if the bus turns up. The 44 is very doddgy for not turning up at 06.03 thats happened to me twice now. The worse bus service in the Country.

Staff are polite and helpful, but I think they should ban mobile phone speech on their buses because it makes passengers shout on them as if nobody else is in front of them, which is really annoying when you're trying to enjoy journey.

I left my phone on the seat next to me. This was on the Saturday. I rang Citybus on the Monday to see if they had it and they did. What an Honest Driver or Cleaner. I went to the Citybus shop and they wanted me to prove it was my phone but the battery had gone flat. I wasn't happy as I was going to be late for a dinner date. The girl who dealt with me was a right snooty cow. But an older lady said just give it 5 Minutes and chill. So I did. It did take about 15 Minutes to get some power enough for it to come on So I shown her the unlock code and I was away to The Who'd Have Thought It for lunch! Thanks for retrieving My Phone Plymouth City Bus.

Only one big complaint. We went in to genuinely report a wrong doing. There was a man behind the desk who writ it all down. As we left we saw him rip it up and put it in the bin. Always find the girls friendly though. Booking a trip is easy to.

In theory, it's a great idea to have a hub for city bus. It's just a shame the store staff are hit and miss. Some of them are really helpful and others couldn't care less. Have also been given wrong information from the store staff a few times too which is disappointing.

Handy being in town centre where the majority of buses go from. Although would be useful if other bus operators had info there. Since another local operator closed due to demolition works, we don't have a local point of call for all operators.

Friendly and kind lady helped me to save money, wrote out dates for me for my bus ticket. Bright open office, fast service, great prices on "The Key" bus card available. Good little shop. Bit disappointed that they couldn't deal with my complaint about the no 50 bus being 20 minutes late then having to change to another 50 at transit way it took 1hour 10 minutes to get to derriford from st bureaux. I think City bus need to improve on this service.

Frindly informed staff . Nice light and airy public area with seating for those not actually engaged in business of Travel Office . A large self explanatory bus route map on the wall and is color coded to timetables for those who wish to help themselves .

I love driving! I love driving up and down hills! I love driving when its raining and also when its sunny. I love steering and changing the gears! Sometimes my car is poorly and have to get a bus. Busses are like cars but taller, fatter and longer. They're also full of strangers. However you can't just go on a bus! You don't know where its going! Plymouth Citybus Travel Centre is great place to get Bus advice. You can't buy Pepperami there though.

I've been on many excurtions with city bus for years. I love this company..Highly recommend it's located at Royal parade plymouth city centre..The staff are very friendly and helpfull.. They do many day trips or holidays to Europe.Go in and pick up a book you won't be disappointed.. At present they have excurtions for only £20. I've booked to go to Bristol , Bath and Cardiff. Since a good deal.. Also there's a lot of excurtions local trips for only £10.. I've been on Theatre trips to London.. They do very good deals with I stayed in the Tower hotel over looking the river great views. Also to the Theatre The Bristol hippodrome and seen many shows.. Went to Paris for a lovely Valentine weekend.. Every year I go to Bridge water carnival And to Bath for the Christmas lights. I've been to Cribb causeway and Portsmouth for shopping trips..
