AMAZING SERVICE! When booking a honeymoon my partner and I couldn’t travel to the Maldives at the time we got married due to the traffic light systems. We waited patiently and contacted many local agencies which lacked transparency, went over my budget and couldn’t deliver a good service. Light from a dark tunnel appeared as soon as someone in my network recommended Cloud Nine Travel and immediately they were very kind, transparent and reliable. They got me booked into 3 destinations within my budget, my wants and needs were heard, ultimately giving my wife and I a treasurable honeymoon which we’ll hold onto forever. Ebrahim was very helpful and I couldn’t thank him enough. Everything went smoothly and I’ve been recommending all of my friends and family members since. Fantastic, warm and professional travel agent and highly recommended. I have used Cloud 9 travel many times before. This includes my luxury honeymoon travel to Kuala Lumpur and Penang. We have also used them for family trips to Morocco, Dubai and various other destinations. I have always found their service first class primarily because they have a lot of knowledge about hotels and airlines and they always provide bespoke options to make it a breeze when travelling. I would strongly recommend using them for all types of holidays just for that extra peace of mind. When we have had a problem during our trip and we have reached out to Ibrahim or Arif at Cloud 9 then they have always been reachable and always helped resolve whatever minor problem we have had.

I booked my package with Cloud nine, I won't deny i am a very complicated person, which meant I changed my flights numerous times,not once they showed any frustration or fobbed or left me stranded I was on the other side of the world, yet changing my flights according to my needs was just a matter of pressing few buttons and it was done with total professionalism. I got everything perfect A to Z and their responses were also timely Alhamdulilah. The only thing that effected me was they don't accept credit card but I hope this option returns soon. They put customers before profit, I personally felt unlike other local travel agents.

So we are still adjusting to the change in temperature & the 5 hour time difference! But what an amazing trip to Dubai & the Maldives! This Honeymoon would of never happened without cloudnine.travel who, from start to finish, helped us plan every little detail.
