Amazing service from Maureen and Laura. Just back from a superb family holiday staying at the Dream Palace Gran Castillo in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. We upgraded to a Merlin room, which was just perfect for our two children. The staff were super attentive. Amazing facilities and services for kids. Would definitely recommend
