J. S.Booked a last minute holiday with janette and couldn't be happier. From the moment we enquired to the day we set off we recieved the best service we could ask for. Janette went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic holiday, even helping the day before the flight to ensure I would be assisted due to being a nervous first time flier. N. F.Just booked a fabulous holiday with Janette at Global Travel for August 2021. It’s the first time I have used a travel agency in 25 years but after being severely hit financially in 2020 due to several ‘reputable’ on line 3rd party travel companies basically ripping me off, I have decided never to book on line again. I will now always book with a decent travel agent & have the peace of mind & support provided rather than naively try to ‘save a few quid’ online which can actually turn out to be very costly indeed!!
Janette provides an excellent service, a wealth of knowledge, very competitive prices & even a coffee with biccies👍👍
B. Y.We have been booking holidays with Rita at Global Travel for over 10 years, and I can honestly say we have never had any problems. We book on average three trips a year and on occasion we have had no idea where to go and left it to Rita to suggest a destination, then gone with her recommendations. If we can book a holiday cheaper ourselves she will tell us, return business is more important to her than a short term profit. Upon return she is keen to hear our experiences so she can inform other perspective customers & although we have never had any issues or complaints whilst we have been on holiday, we have every confidence that if we had, Rita and Janette would fully look into them on our return. We would not have any hesitation in recommending Global Travel to our friends and relatives, in fact anyone & have done so on many occasions. It's a shame that this building is no longer the post office as well but at least you can still get your foreign exchange here & always at a very competitive rate.
