Abbie answered and was lovely, super helpful and made me feel very at ease when booking my holiday. I didn’t feel a burden at all and she gave me all the time I needed, went through everything in grate detail. I’ve come away happy and very excited. Thank you so much, I will definitely be on the look out for short brakes and future holidays to book with this company through this Preston branch.

I popped into Hays on the off chance really and was incredibly lucky to come across Evie. Gave her the basic details, came back two hours later with my daughter and hey presto. All done, no mither, ATOL and ABTA protected. Lots of Dad points accumulated....... And, oh, Evie was really wonderful to deal with and a credit to the company.
