Great services. We traveled to blackpool from Blackburn and the buses arrived on time. As a bonus, they even had WiFi and USB charging points. Thumbs up from me.

They're doing their best no doubt,but as buses are for public buses,then they're failing us. In stifling hot days,and wearing masks,its nor a good combination, for sure. However the trains are far worse,I can tell you,with no windows to open it buffet cars all but closed,they are a pure nightmare compared to a bus or coach

I have put 5 star so more people see this! Bus time tables at the bus stops are never changed or marked so that you know they are wrong(always check internet!). How can people plan a journey when these things are not correct?

Good service and most of the drivers are friendly. However, I have to get two buses in morning to get to work... The second bus always sets off from the bus station earlier than it should, so I miss it and have to wait for next one.

Do this company know what a busy hour is? Never once do you see their timetables add enough leeway for heavy traffic or road works etc. unless your travelling in the evening on a Sunday and an hour trip takes 30 minutes.... Staff are generally polite and helpful, and at least present well foremost, at least that's a positive.

Having boarded the number 68 on Sunday 03rd February 2020 I asked the driver for a ticket to pay the difference outside my fylde mega rider zone where I received an abrupt response of pay the full amount full stop. This is not the way to treat passengers. I will be complaining.

If it wasnt of one of these drivers i could of been dead. I was crossing on a zebra he stopped. Then he sounded his horn loudly so i stopped 2 turn rnd 2 wot 4. If i hadnt i would of been hit by a red audi that had decided 2 over take him on a zebra crossing. Very observant cus the driver was going fast i couldnt see him so thankyou pal it was on the 125 mon 23rd goin back 2wards preston.
