I had heard of this place from a relative and thought we'd check it out, as myself and my Fiance were looking to book a package honeymoon. We had no appointment, but walked in regardless and the staff were very accommodating our impromptu arrival. We were greeted by friendly staff, was given a delicious coffee upon arrival, and was treated amazingly well. The staff were extremely knowledgeable about the specific holiday we were after, and was able to provide many different options for us to customise and cater to our needs. We were recommended a beautiful resort, and not once were we pressurised into booking it there and then, we were given prices and information and were advised to think about it before we booked. It is quite refreshing to not have a sales team trying to force a sale down our throats for a change. We were made to feel comfortable and relaxed with no time pressure. The holiday package we got from them was amazing, and even after booking they were happy to help us make some late amendments after. I tried to recreate the booking they made for us via several other sites on my own and couldn't get it even close to the price they quoted us, we got an amazing deal using their preferred rates. I would highly recommend this place when booking a holiday.
