H.Just done a short cruise on Ventura 1st April 22 ..cueing up for nearly 3 hours in the freezing cold outside to take a Covid test when all the restrictions in the UK are finished with and forced to wear a mask inside terminal is ridiculous most people including staff were not happy..once on the Ventura no need for a mask and the rest of the cruise was great lovely food friendly staff and the Ventura was a great ship so my message to P&O is to sort out the check-in side of things was going to book another cruise but will wait and see if the check-in problems improve

P. S.Myself and my wife recently came back from a week's cruise from Valetta to Taranto, Corfu, Dubrovnik and Split.
We sailed on Azura and had a great time.
The room was excellent and clean and the food was very tasty, especially in the Meridian and Peninsula restaurants.
Entertainment in the evening was also first rate.
We'd like to say a thanks to Freddie who looked after us very well in Brodie's every night!
J. T.Just returned from a fly cruise to the Caribbean on board Britannia (Captain Robert Camby) and must say we had an amazing trip. Great captain, food, entertainment and staff. Have booked to return in January 2021 for another Caribbean cruise.

S. T.Booked a mini cruise to Amsterdam (Rotterdam) for myself, husband and son. We have done these cruises previously but not for about 10 years. I was very disappointed on this occasion with the standard of cleanliness on the cabin. Firstly the window ledge was covered with a thick sticky cola like substance which we asked to be cleaned.. they did but no apology. Secondly the table between the two beds had used chewing gum stuck underneath so when you lay down at night out was at eye level... Disgusting!
It's a shame because the rest of the trip was lovely... The entertainment team worked their socks off! Food was great.

M. B.P & O I love you. Everyone was telling me you don't want to go on a cruise there boring and full of the old folks........Rubbish!!!! From start to finish loved every moment, from the pleasant greeting boarding, the glorious food, fabulous entertainment and the staff are second to none. They work very hard to make your stay a memorable experience. Lots to do and if you don't fancy doing alot "ROOM SERVICE".......only downside I could actually think of, I put on some major weight during my cruise....well worth it......
M. W.Had a fabulous time. Never wanted to cruise as it was my mummies dream I took her with some friends. Had a blast the weather was horrible start and finish but in between the sun shined. There were lots of daily activities to keep your entertained or you could just relax by the pool/bar. There were gym options and sauna options. Hairdressers to pamper my mum and live entertainment at night. Meet many lovely people and made friends for life with a few too. I went from dreading to loving so it cant be that bad. Would definitely do it again.

T. M.We went on Oceana to the Caribbean in Nov/Dec last.It was 35 days of heaven. We enjoyed every single day, the Captain and all the crew could not have been friendlier and more helpful. Leon the entertainment manager deserves our special thanks. He and his team worked tirelessly. Dom and the Headliner singers made even me sound good. The acts and the special guests were all excellent, notably Mike Dilger and Robert Daws. The after cruise comment sheet from P&O didn't give scope for this comment. Hoipe someone reads this.

K. B.If you've never tried a cruise but thought about it then I can recommend this cruise company. Not sure they are the cheapest but the online booking service is simple to navigate and use - no need for a travel agent! The departure process is seamless and without delays. Bags are handed in before entering the terminal making it a faster process. Once you are on board (this takes maybe 20 minutes or so) you go straight to your cabin where your suitcases have already arrived. After that Chill and enjoy the ship and the cruise.
C. S.I hope P&O Cruises are Safe, Well and Happy, P&O Cruises has got it's 6th Pause till Early 2021 and hope Covid 19 Pandemic ends by Christmas, But I have lots of happy days on p&o Cruises dolphins and whales watching, sunbathing, swimming, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, lots of tasty food

J. T.(Translated) Very good experience! Very neat and clean everything. The only thing is that there are very very friendly and helpful service personnel or there are others so unkind that they leave much to be desired. It would be necessary to be more strict when choosing personnel.
One suggestion we make is to put water dispensers on each floor.
The food is of excellent quality and the shows on the ship are amazing!

Muy buena experiencia! Muy ordenado y limpio todo. Lo único es que hay personal de servicio muy muy amable y servicial u hay otros tan poco amables que dejan mucho que desear. Habría que ser más estricto a la hora de elegir personal.
Una sugerencia que hacemos es poner dispensers de agua en cada piso.
La comida es de excelente calidad y los espectáculos del barco son increíbles!
