Their knowledge of the Maldives is outstanding and the team really help you pick an island which is suitable for your needs and budget. Unfortunately, for obvious reasons we were unable to go away, however Richard and the team were able to move our holiday not once but three times!! Throughout the pandemic this company have been nothing but outstanding. Always responding to emails within hours and making numerous flight changes for us. I really can't praise Purely Maldives enough and would give them 10 stars if possible. Please don't hesitate in using this company. They really do provide a professional tailor made service and provide extremely competitive quotes, compared to the mainstream travel companies.

Throughout the whole process of moving dates and changing things around, Richard was amazing. He did all the work with the hotel and fast forward to 2022, we were still nervous with traveling but the whole team helped ease our minds and made sure everything was taken care of. We're just coming back from our stay at Lux South and it couldn't have been a better experience.

They beat every other website I checked and provided a transparent easy to understand quote. My contact Richard was also very patient with my constant questions and changes. Will be using them again!
l. l.Reliable and excellent service, with good deals. Back in 2020 before COVID-19, I had enquired for quotes and they were very patient. However, I did not proceed with the trip.
Fast forward to 2021 and they are still around, and helped me sort out a complex itinerary. I had a last minute extension of stay and the guys made sure to get a refund of transfer fees from my other resort, find a good deal (with a room that was no longer advertised) nearby, and just made everything smooth. They also confirmed what was required to move resorts (eg PCR tests).
Their deals are genuine ones too - eg with my first resort they got a free upgrade from HB to FB which was reflected when I checked in. Will happily book my maldives trips with them!
