It was all good. We left the car at the depot, had a great day out, the driver dropped us off just around the corner from the Xmas market and picked us up in the same place. We are planning to book many more trips with them this year

Myself and 5 friends went to liverpool for the weekend. The driver went out of his way he took all the luggage off the coach and put it in baggage room so we could go off as rooms were not ready. And he loaded it all on our departure. Had a fantastic weekend and look forward to travelling with them again

Go on 2 days out with the recently and enjoyed both. Arrive on time, drivers have been friendly and fun. Only downside is we use the first pick up newcastle so first on last off so makes it a really long day

Cracking place, very friendly staff. Drivers are amazing and the days trips are always on point. Lots of different tours aswell from a 2 day tour up to 7 days. Would highly recommend to anyone of any age.

This was our first ever coach holiday ever as we have been able to drive ourselves to destinations before. However the luxury of not driving, no baggage handling and Keith our driver who as myself being an ex drama teacher thinks he should become an entertainer as he was such a super host made us want to book for august in Torquay immediately on our return. Your coaches are spacious and comfortable and the familyold fashioned service ie no online bookings is much appreciated. We thank you Copeland's and will continue to use you alot in our retirement.
