Very easy to use service and competitively priced. Dropped car off at Manchester Terminal 2 car park where we were met promptly by one of the team to take car off. Professional car-check. Then called on return and was met within 15 minutes for pickup. You will need £6 cash to pay back collecting driver (they have change) but can pay for “parking” (£6 again) by card in pickup. Highly recommended as takes one more stress out of travelling.

I had a good experience with using this company. Everything went very smoothly. All details were given on the route and where to go. I found it easy to use. And on the return I had to extend my stay by 1 day, due to an airport strike! It was very easily dealt with by telephone and the pick up went without a hitch. Very pleased and will definitely use again.

What excellent service - drop off was easy and quick with just a signature required, and our car was waiting for us when we reached the car park on our return. This was fab as it was after midnight and we just wanted to go home! We would definitely use again.

This is one of the best meet and greet services we have used! Dropping off was so smooth and easy but it was their handling of our delayed return that was what made them stand out above the rest. Our first flight was delayed for over an hour which meant we missed our connection. Our new flights were diverted via Portugal and meant we would be getting in to Heathrow 8 hours later than expected. It was after midnight in the UK and we did not have international calls so we sent messages to our family (not sure who would still be awake) asking them to call and explain the situation. The operators must have been inundated with calls from our family! Each family member messaged us to say they had made contact and ATP were very helpful and told the family there was no need to worry. We called ATP ourselves when we arrived in Portugal and were assured everything would be fine. Arrival at Heathrow called in and went to the collection point, car there for us and ready to go! Fantastic service from start to finish. ATP staff were more concerned about our welfare and not at all concerned about the extra effort on their part. A great big thank you for ensuring that at least one part of our journey ran smoothly even with unscheduled changes.
