The purpose of my visit was to change the holiday for my disabled brother due to the new COVID-19 restrictions. The staff member who help us with was very friendly and was able to change the holiday to a different date. The person was on hold for more than an hour to organize things and was going to call and email me to decide which future date.

We visited the shop today after our holiday was cancelled yesterday flying from Manchester. Thanks to Paul for sorting us out with an alternative so quickly. Outstanding service and nothing was too much trouble.

Arrived here this morning in a right state. Not sure of what to do about Co-vid tests/forms etc., etc. Thought we were going to be staying at home and losing our holiday. Kerry sat us down, looked at the options we had available and sorted us out ( and de-stressed us at the same time). What a woman. Customer service as it should be. Flowers and choccies well deserved.

Tui at Festival park stoke on trent have been amazing throughout pandemic of Covid 19. The staff have been great . Can't thank them enough. We were meant to be flying to Cyprus in August, unfortunately the holiday was cancelled. Money straight in the bank. Thankyou to all the staff at Tui festival park

We have always booked with Thompson now Tui only used anothrr company twice as Tui couldn't match the price even though tried the staff are very helpful especially Paul who we deal with most of the time. Booked another holiday for this year with them. I also know other family members who use Tui as well.
