P. H.Went in and met Sophie and booked our holiday which we are on currently. Sophie was brilliant. She even got everything ready and wrote our luggage tags. The price I got was the same as on line but I got a 5 star customer experience. Thank you Hays and Sophie. I’ll not be booking with anyone else in the future. There are family’s here that booked the same dates etc and paid up to £1000 more!!! All the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly too. *****
M. W.We popped in after see about a holiday advertised outside. I would like to say the staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the lady that served us. She took time to explain various things as we have not been away since before the pandemic and nothing was too much trouble for her. I am pleased to say we have booked a holiday.
