I have just returned from the most wonderful holiday booked with Katherine. I arranged the trip as a surprise for my husbands 40th birthday. From the very first contact Katherine has been nothing short of AMAZING. Travelling in the current COVID climate is daunting, however Katherine was with us every step of the way; from arranging travel insurance, to liaising directly with the hotel, to assisting with selecting the correct COVID test and even checking us in online and emailing our boarding passes. Not only does Katherine provide such wonderful advice and support through your whole holiday booking and travelling process, she goes above and beyond to provide a very special and personal service. She was so thoughtful to include a card game and activity book for our children and even to provide a care package for our isolation on our return, both of which we were very touch and very grateful for. I cannot recommend her highly enough and I can’t wait to book my next holiday with her.

Wow, what an incredible trip, everything was just perfect. A huge thank you to Katherine who helped put everything together, which was even more challenging given the COVID times. Keeping us informed anytime COVID restrictions change and giving us all our options, answering an questions that we had and planning for every eventually. She seemed to looked up all rules, caveats and changes even before the question or change came up. Not only did she help plan the perfect business trip, she helped make sure everything went well, from pre-booking shuttles to make sure we were at meeting on time, COVID tests and Check in.
