Staff are knowledgeable and expert in their field and always do their utmost to ensure the customer's needs are met. We have been using Newells Travel Truro for years and have always received excellent service from Bev and Chris. This year after our original holiday plans were cancelled by the airline Alex recommended we try a cruise from Southampton. Alex spent a lot of time helping us choose a suitable option, guided us through all of the form filling and provided us with exceptional service throughout. Everyone is so friendly and helpful at this branch and we always receive a First class service.

Beverley once again booked us an excellent holiday in Gran Canaria. We had agreed hotel and flight but Beverley then rang to say we cold have a much better deal on the same holiday with Jet2. We would certainly recommend Jet2 their service was excellent, plenty of help at bag drop, luggage included in the price! free drink on board, representative waiting for us on the return, everything was just as they said, excellent.

My Business partner bought my son and I a 3day trip to Silverstone through Newells (that is why I don't know what value it was?!) We had a great trip, the coach company, Truronian, were excellent and the whole trip was spot on. The hotel was a little far away but frankly it gave an opportunity for a snooze after a long day! I absolutely would recommend this trip to any petrolhead and certainly hope to go again one day. Thank you Ian & Benji. PS Thought you would like to see this photo taken early race day (7.57 am) whoever wrote it can pick my lottery numbers for me!! :-))

I as trawling the travel agents looking for a winter sun holiday in Tenerife - Newells was quite a bit more expensive than the Tui shop next door, often for the same hotel - Ended up booking my holiday at Tui.
