We could easily use our local store in Runcorn, but have been less than impressed with their service and knowledge.
Booked for Orlando '2019' a few weeks ago, and Kimberly was fantastic.
She was VERY knowledgeable regarding Orlando and Disney, saving us a good chunk of change on the holiday, just by suggesting we move our dates by 3 days. Who needs school anyway? (lol)
She booked our Premium Club seats straight away, something that our local store 'forgot' to tell us about last time we booked.
Gave us some top drawer advice for getting around without a hire car, and also told us about extended dates to book dining.
A great experience from getting in the store to paying our deposit, that's always a bit painful.
