M. K.We had saved for a long time to book our dream holiday of a lifetime/honeymoon for summer 2020 but Covid had other ideas. Already having the stress of rebooking our wedding and all the complications that involved, we didn't need any more stress re booking the trip too. Flight Centre were amazing from first contact, there was always someone to speak to who helped us with everything, and gave us definite timeframes of what they could do and when they would be in touch, which they stuck to perfectly. They were helpful, kind and got us rebooked on our holiday (even with a flight upgrade!) and we barely had to lift a finger. I am so glad I booked with them in the first place, as sorting this myself (7 different hotels, 3 flights, rental car and activities) would have been a mammoth task! I have told everyone who has asked how great they have been, and will never use another travel provider again. 5 stars isn't a high enough score! Thank you
