My friends and I had a great time touring Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Zanzibar with Rickshaw Travels! Many thanks to the company for organizing this trip and working with such a large group! A special thank you to Babu Robbie and Sisti for being such wonderful tour guides during the safari. Rickshaw Travels is fantastic and has helped us organise travel even at very short notice and on emergency. Bhavin is very personable, always keen to help and has been always very flexible and available. He has given me an impression that he truly cares for his customers. The flight fares that he has quoted for have also been comparable or more economic than some of the bigger Travel agencies. In some cases, he has been able to get us flights which even the bigger Agencies could find any availability for. "In 2019 started planning for a 'June 2020 adventure to hike and summit Mt. Kilimanjaro'. Planning was made impossible and difficult with Pandemic. We were glad to select Rickshaw Travel Group as our Travel Partner, who were there for us all the way, helping us booking, re-booking, researching the situation and shifting plans for possible dates and keeping our ‘once in a lifetime dream ALIVE’. This is my 4th adventurous trip with Rickshaw Travels. Every trip Bhavin packaged has exceeded our expectations. Bhavin worked very diligently with us on putting up a plan for summitting Kilimanjaro in 2020. Due to travel restrictions our plan was moved to June 2021. Bhavin stayed in touch though out 2020 guiding us and worked on any changes we need in our itinerary. We successfully summitted Kilimanjaro on June 26, 2021. It was because of Rickshaw travel's hiking guides and crew, with their caring and dedication we were able to summit. Such a fantastic experience! Unfortunately our flight out of San Diego was cancelled the night we were supposed to fly. We contacted Bhavin at rickshaw and he immediately went into action and adjusted our safari. After we arrived In Kilimanjaro we were greeted by Joseph and another guide. Joseph treated us like royalty the entire 5 days. The lodges were beautiful and, of course, the safari was beyond words. If you have a safari on your bucket list, don’t hesitate - book it and use Rickshaw Travels. Ask for Joseph- he loves Tanzania and it is reflected in his career as a tour guide! Our experience with booking through Rickshaw Travels was incredible! For reference, our group consisted of 3 ~25 year olds. Bhavin (from Rickshaw Travels) helped us plan out the perfect week-long trip to Morocco, giving multiple different itineraries and taking our requests into consideration. We provided some details of we wanted to see in Morocco (including a day-long hiking excursion) and they were all accommodated without a problem. During the planning phase, it was very clear that Bhavin placed our interests and enjoyment in front of everything else! The tour itself was orchestrated really well, and we had a smooth and enjoyable week in Morocco. The driver assigned to us for the week, Hakim, was an incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable guy! All the arranged accommodations were picture-perfect and comfortable. The only critique that we may have would be to leave a little bit more time for unguided exploration. The city guides were helpful and knowledgeable, but we would have appreciated a bit more time to explore the cities for ourselves (without a guide). Overall, Rickshaw Travels helped organize a phenomenal week in Morocco for our group. I would certainly use Rickshaw again for future vacations.

Had the best experience ever booking a holiday - Scotland, Paris and Disney. Bhavin went above and beyond the call of duty to get us the perfect holiday at the best rate he could find. Dear Bhavin: As requested, below is feedback on our trip that you so kindly arranged for: 1. Transfers: 5 Stars – Good comfortable, clean cars with friendly drivers who arrived on time and knew exactly where to take us – vehicles: Mercedes, Audi, and Toyota (Luxury version). 2. Train Rides: 5 Stars – nothing exceptional to report. 3. Hotels: 5 Stars for the location of the hotels in ALL Cities. Service and quality, 5 stars for all except Hotel Turin Avenida in Lisbon that get 2 Stars for the room that they could not change, even though the booking voucher that clearly stated that it should be street-facing. 4. Tours: a. Porto 5 Stars: Small group in a station wagon and an excellent driver/guide. b. Portugal – seat in coach tour Between 2-3 Stars. Too many people in the Large bus that you can only see through the side window. Also, we felt rather hurried through the tour. c. Tour of Sintra: 4 Stars – although it was on a similar large bus, it stopped at various points to enable us explore Cape of Rock, Cascais, etc. d. Alhambra: 5 Stars – despite a large crowd, the tour guide did well in covering the varied elements of the massive citadel. Needless to mention, the advanced booking helped, as so many tourists were turned away as they allow a limited number of persons to attend daily. 5. Rickshaw Travel/Bhavin: 5 Stars - for setting up the itinerary, logistics, transfers, hotel bookings and arranging the tours.
