Watford tui is Always brilliant well organised will to help they are amazing I have had a situation today and almost couldn't go on hoilday and the manager and mandy went over beyond to help even when easy jet customer service department was closed. They are fantastic.

We bought a holiday package in Dominican Rep. I just can say that the staff was kindly and explained us everything about the holiday. The price was quite cheaper than other agencies. So , overall it was a nice experience and at least so far, I can recommend TUI with trust .
