M. H.Jenny is brilliant - knowledgable, friendly and helpful if/ when things go wrong. She organised a fantastic trip to Tenerife for us in the middle of Covid, the villa was perfect for our extended family and we had a fabulous time, so I would highly recommend her.

I travelled alone and that left me feeling a little uneasy but Jenny assured me that I wouldn't be the only one and that the team on board would welcome me.

S. M.Jenny recently helped me organise a surprise birthday present for my husband to Sicily. We stayed in Taormina in a truly wonderful small hotel, Villa Taormina, situated in a quiet street but within very close proximity to the bustling bars and restaurants. Jenny organised everything including car parking which I would not have realised was so essential to pre-book. She gave us suggestions of places to visit and restaurants that she had knowledge of. I cannot fault anything and would definitely use Travel Counsellors again. I loved the reminders prior to our visit and the security of knowing that Jenny or any of her colleagues were just a phone call away if we needed any guidance. Superb break - brilliantly brought together without any effort on my part. Thank you Jenny.
