Highly recommended We couldn't have been happier with Karen's approach to the whole holiday - from initial exploration of itinerary, the booking and re-booking of the trip and support throughout. Karen was absolutely delightful to deal with throughout with clever touches like posting bird/wildlife guides as part of the pre-trip pack and a very helpful pre-trip call. We would not hesitate to recommend Karen to family, friends and anyone who wants to have an amazing trip to Belize.

Karen from Naturally Belize created an astounding two weeks for our family. The balance between jungle and coral, and between secret hideaways and fun villages, was just perfect. Everything worked and was organised perfectly. Communications were faultless, and everyone in Belize seems to know her! Belize was an extraordinary destination to visit. Small and compact, yet diverse in style and nature. Everyone was extremely friendly. We saw countless creatures in the air, on the land, and in the sea, and had adventures every day. A holiday of a lifetime.

We have used Karen and her team twice; Once for Costa Rica and once for Belize. Both times we have benefited from her specialist knowledge and in country connections to provide us with lifelong memories. Whether it be the accomodation, the recommendations and the tailoring of the trip or the guides she connects you too she and the team go the extra mile to support you. There is no better example than how she handled a catastrophic British Airways screw up at the start of our first trip (We booked the flights separately ourselves). We were flying into Costa Rica on BA and connecting onto Belize. British Airways spent six hours messing us around in the UK which meant we missed our connections in Costa Rica and given the onward flights werent British Airways they did not care. Karen informed the team on the ground in Costa Rica and they were on hand to guide us to the airline desks to try and book replacement flights. There were none and we were left after 26 hours in transit with no way to get to Belize. We were talking to Karen at 0200 UK time from Costa Rica and she found us somewhere to sleep and sent us to bed to recover. Eight hours later we were back on the phone and she had completely reworked our first week to be in Costa Rica rather than Belize and we were picked up 45 minutes later. If that wasnt enough, the accomodation booked in Belize offered us the same dates 12 months later based on their working relationships with Naturally Belize and Karen personally. Naturally we went to Belize twelve months later for two weeks, with no BA flights involved ;-) and had an amazing time. We completely recommend her.
