Claines Pharmacy conducted my PCR test for travel. I had an appointment for 11:50 yet they were busy and consequently running behind. Despite this, the pharmacist who was serving us was polite and apologetic. Some troublesome customers also seemed to be making her job more difficult by arguing about an appointment time and entering the store despite there being a limit of 3 people; she dealt with it calmly and professionally. I was called in for the test around 12, so had around a 10 minute wait. I had the results by 7pm that same evening. All told, I was happy with their service.

I had a good experience getting my PCR travel test here. Very efficient and the staff were friendly. However, when I was getting my test there was an older lady there attempting to make an appointment but the team were saying she had to book herself online. The lady was saying she didn't have internet access. I don't know how the situation resolved but businesses must account for the fact there is a huge swathe of the population who are not online and need extra support. We can't exclude our older population in this way.

Helpful advice and info by phone, pre booking Easy to book, clear information, lots of reminders re appointment and speedy results. Pharmacist administering the test very friendly and efficient and also quickly resolved a slight problem re my return test for me . Not the cheapest test available but I decided to pay the extra for the sake of ease and convenience.

Such a pleasurable experience I was so nervous about booking and picking up tests for my grandmother who I haven’t seen for nearly 2 years, from my initial conversation with the pharmacist to yesterday picking up the tests, the counter lady was so extremely helpful and explained everything so clear even came to the door to see to our needs,as there was a very large queue.I dropped it back off today and again was greeted by the same lady who again made sure that we had done everything we needed for the test. The only draw back is The pharmacy is extremely busy and seemed to be the same on both days so there was quite a large queue, seemed to be just the one lady on her own for the giving of prescriptions and tests, So you may want to prepare for a little wait. Would definitely recommend and will be using again for my grandmothers return tests.

Excellent clinic, the only one I could find that lets you cancel your appointment for your Covid Test, no upfront payment needed which is handy as travel plans change so quick right now. The test itself was comfortable, staff professional and result came even earlier than supposed to. The only problem was that the machine would not take my German bank card, even though it was supposed to take everything but American Express. So if you have a foreign bank account it might be worth paying in cash to avoid problems.

Having needed a Hep B booster for work, I contacted the clinic for an appointment.I was seen and received my booster within 3 days of contact which I felt was great service. On arrival the staff were very helpful and friendly which put me at ease for receiving the vaccination. Before traveling I had to use a different test centre because the Worcester one was closed at week ends. but I ordered on l’inécouté from Worcester the PCR tests for day 2 and day 8 after my return. Tests arrived in time, samples were easy to obtain as explanations were clear and it was simple to drop the sample in a local Priority post box. Day 2 test is negative, waiting to do day 8.

Efficient system. Test on Wednesday and result on Thursday. Thank you. My only comment would be that the test was performed in an anteroom right by the main pharmacy seating area. A separate entrance to the test area would have been preferable to avoid mixing with others collecting prescriptions. Nevertheless a convenient test centre for residents of Malvern.

Originally I tried to arrange a chickenpox vaccination with boots with no luck locally. Then I found this pharmacy and not only are they easier to get an appointment with but also slightly cheaper than boots. My travel needs were by no means straight forward and he was extremely helpful, informative and went above and beyond my expectations in the service he provided and the research he took the time to carry out.
