It is a place for student of Queen’s who can spent their free time with friends.
Also it is a student information centre where one can get information about uni and any other admission queries.

M. N.This is a world away from the old place and really looks well. The amenities and layout has been well thought through and it's very bright and cheery. I was at a concert to see Cowboy Junkies in the New Mandela Hall and it too has a fantastic facelift. It is now a great venue for smaller bands and the acoustics are brilliant.
K. V. M.Quite impressed with how many businesses were on site. You can easily buy clothing, stationary, relax and have a drink or even pop into the Spar and I'm sure there are more businesses on site. If not there are plenty all around the location and the main University building is just across the road.
D. D.The new SU is very well suited to every students' need. Bars, lounge, help desk, spars, study/meeting rooms, kitchen, advice for mental health etc. Everything available under one roof. Very handy
