Amazing customer service and support from the tutors. I was nervous to start the assessors course but Oxbridge but my mind at rest and supported me the whole way through. The study material was really well presented and helpful. I am now hoping to go back and complete my teacher training course!

Definitely the best distance learning organisation that I have ever come across, without a shadow of a doubt. I was shopping around for the CAVA and came across many different providers. Firstly I found the Oxbridge Home learning website easy to navigate with a fresh modern design. The information about the courses is very well presented and easy to digest. The course information, awarding body, course structure, unit info, requirements and fees are all well presented. I knew what course I wanted and it was the Oxbridge site that really caught my eye. I decided that I was going to enrol with them and this process couldn't have been smoother. The financing application was quick, efficient, and transparent. When I needed to contact the Student Support team for something their customer services approach and communication was second to none. The advisors were friendly, helpful and super efficient. Absolutely fantastic service from the get go. Once I had enrolled and everything was sorted my course materials arrived no more than 2-3 days later along with a welcome letter and study guide. The welcome letter and study guide were a welcomed addition. I felt like part of the Oxbridge HL Community from the outset. The course materials themselves are very well written. You can clearly see how the course content relates to each learning outcome and the assignment briefs meet and are relevant to the assessments criteria in very creative ways. The content is relevant to field of assessment today, and again, is very well written, I couldn't be happier. The content is informative and like the rest of the information, really easy to digest and absorb. Oxbridge have a very very good online platform for accessing information and communicating with your tutor and the team. I use email as oppose to the platform directly but my requests are logged here and I use this platform as a great way to refer back to the tickets I have raised. My tutor is also absolutely fantastic. Response times (marking, feedback and general communication) are brilliant. His subject knowledge is fantastic and his advice is so so helpful. I received a very nice welcome email from him which again was a really nice personable touch. Oxbridge really do take the "distance" out of distance learning by being present and transparent. I've studied online before and at mainstream institutions and these are traits that I have only come across with Oxbridge. They take what an educational institution should do and go above and beyond in terms of standards and innovation. I'm proud to say I study with them. I have already taken to referring friends and co-workers to Oxbridge when they are looking for training or develop or additional qualifications. I absolutely love my course and the way its run and I look forward to working with Oxbridge in the near and distant future to fulfil my learning and development needs. If you are shopping around for a course and find it on Oxbridge don't hesitate to go for it. An accredited fantastic provider with brilliant courses, fantastic staff and really good systems. Oxbridge Home Learning are brilliant.

Having not studied for 20 years I approached distance learning with an element of trepidation.
Oxbridge reassured me the course I was considering was accepted and recognised across the UK and they have been fantastic throughout. The information was provided without the ambiguity that I had come across elsewhere with other providers.
Exceptional value for money, I have been impressed by my patient tutor who has answered question after question for me. Would highly recommend.

I am currently studying to be a counsellor with these guys. I have been impressed with the level of help and support. My mother recently passed away and I was so worried I would fail the course because I can't study at the moment. I need not of worried as they have been very sensitive and helpful. Course material is challenging and engaging, well worth considering if you wish to do the same course.

I have studied 3 A-Levels with this college and have recently got my results. The college gave me excellent support and my tutor was very reliable. The marking and exam feedback was excellent and I really enjoyed the animations/illustrations and not just reading and taking notes, I personally found this as a useful way of remembering things too.
