The Pavilion is a modern and convenient type of a student accommodation. Its location is almost perfect, as you can get to the city centre on foot quite quickly. The top floor rooms have some nice views. It is never overwhelmingly noisy in the building. Also, it is decently clean inside, and the staff members sanitise the space, which is crucial nowadays.

When I first time went to see the accommodation I loved it. The Pavilion is fantastic. The excellent price and so the big room is the best to deal with. Hollie is such a helpful and lovely person. Lovely building and a nice room too though it is so big enough. The corridor and reception area are neat and clean. The location is wonderful, just a couple of minutes walking distance from Bus Stop and Park. It is a very nice place to live in.

Since moving to the UK, the Pavilion has been a wonderful place to stay. The staff is nice and friendly, eager to help with any problems you may have, and once in a while, offer smiles when you do not even think you may need it. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and best of all you are close to everything! I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who needs a place to stay coming from a distant place or even from the UK

I appreciated my time at the Pavilion. The best part about the accommodation was the staff. They were very welcoming, approachable, and always available for any questions. Considering the location near the universities and right in the centre of town, and the rent price, the flats are outstanding. The flats are a little on the small side but generally much larger than other student accommodation in the same price range. I highly recommend this place. The team of Allied Students is helpful.

Superb accommodation for a student plus it is nice and quiet. The rooms are spacious and modern. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Personally really happy with the place and is within walking distance to nearby supermarkets. It is also very close to broad street, cinemas and the gym. It only takes a few minutes to get to the city centre. I would highly recommend it to other students or international students who are new to the area.

It is an excellent place to live, safe and central in its location. I had some small issues with the number of fire alarms and also prolonged repairs of Windows. I am aware of events and socials that occur; however, I am quite private, but these are well-reviewed by others and must be mentioned. The staff has been amicable and helpful whenever I have talked to them. I admire them heavily for their kind and consistent service. As a whole, it is a great place to live if you like a private university experience and do not want to share kitchens, toilets and recreational spaces.

The Pavilion is the perfect place to live here in Birmingham. It is well located, you can find everything a student might need in the area. The crew is incredible, very kind, and always helpful! Furthermore, this accommodation is highly secure. There are cameras around the building. The rooms are comfortable and modern in comparison to other places in Birmingham. You get everything you need, a double size bed, a kitchen, a fridge, fast speed Internet. It is tidy and clean in the building. The common spaces are plentiful. It is really like a pavilion.

It is very important to live within the walking distance to the university, and the Pavilion is roughly 10 minutes away from it. There also are a lot of small stores and cafes around. The area itself is green and safe. It is does not get cold inside even in Winter. My room is cozy and quite large. Also, it is quite an affordable one.

The Pavilion is very tidy and quite affordable at the same time. The internet works just alright. The location is very convenient for all Birmingham-based students. The rooms are not very large, but naturally more spacious than other accommodation in a similar price limit. I highly recommend it.

I've spent almost two months here. I like the accommodation's design. The room is bigger than expected and comfortable. I totally recommend it. It is a lovely accommodation and a perfect location for UoB and QE hospital. All apartments have their kitchen and bathroom and are spacious. The staff are really friendly and always willing to help. Really enjoy staying here. Parking on-site, too, it's a bonus. Thank you.

Living in the Pavilion was a pleasant experience. My room has TVs and are very comfortable. There were some issues with alarm ringing in the night, but the problem was resolved. I would recommend for any international student coming to Birmingham.

The study space the Pavilion manages to provide is excellent. The rooms are equipped with everything a student might require, and it is never too cold. The heating system works, alright. Also, the Wifi connection has been eventually fixed, and it works just fine now. I'm pleased that my experience was begun with myaccommodation.online

Lived here for my first 2 years of university and loved it. Very close to the city centre, only 10-15 minute walk to new street station. Nandos, Cineworld, Creams, Five Guys And Pryzm are basically on the door step. Post office 5 minute walk away, Morrison’s 10 minute walk away. The perfect location. I go to University Of Birmingham and would walk to Five Ways train station and then get the train to University station. I could be on campus in under 10 minutes from leaving my room. The rooms are nice and above average compared to other student places. Overall was a really good place to stay. Would’ve stayed another year if it wasn’t so expensive.

Would highly recommend to students who are looking for a peaceful accommodation in Birmingham. The accommodation is clean and modern with amazing staff who are incredibly friendly and helpful. It is centrally located which is great for all Birmingham universities. Closest station (Five Ways) is 2 mins away and also you can walk into the town centre within 15 mins.

Awesome place to live! The apartments are so stylish and have an ideal location (walking distance from Broad Street and Broadway Plaza). The staff members are extremely helpful and put on several events for cultural festivals as well as random days such as National Deep Dish Pizza Day! I've been here for a few years and it truly gets better each year!
