My son has just started his second year at St John’s. As a mum of profoundly Autistic young man. One of my biggest concerns is handing him over to people you don’t know. One of his challenges is communication. St John’s have been fantastic. All the staff at College and Residential took so much time and care In meeting not only my sons needs but they took us on as a family.. I drop and collect my son, I have had lots of opportunities to be an onlooker when learners are being themselves with no care for who may be watching. All of the staff without exception treat our children as the unique individuals they are. With the same care and attention that we would give as parents. My son has grown in confidence and this has enabled me to leave him with others knowing that he will be safe, we’ll looked after and will achieve to his full potential. St John’s are constantly in contact and keeping me informed and involved with all aspects of his learning. We are very lucky to have found St John’s Gill.
