A wonderful service provided by helpful and professional staff, keen to do their best by their candidates. My son suffers from anxiety, amongst other things, and T&E were so incredibly supportive, answered all questions promptly, and did their utmost to make my son feel at ease. Your staff Katie just caught me outside of the door She was willingly to answer all my silly questions without any hesitation and sense of grumbling I was very annoying but didnt seem to bother her at all and it was her break time And she made points clear and gave me instruction on what I should look for which is very helpful I think this place is very welcoming and warm hearted I will keep in touch with this place for all my up comming exams !!!

As the Dad of a home educated son who struggles with dyslexia I can't thank Tutors and Exams enough. My son has done two Functional Skills Maths exams, Computer Studies and Physics GCSE's sequentially over the last five years. The team at Coventry have always been super helpful and efficient. Provided us with the opportunity for my son to take his exams external of the school system, due to his health issues. Were fabulous from start to finish. Even allowed us a visit before the exams to view the facility.

I can only say good things about Tutors and Exams. Originally, all places were filled up for the practical exams, so I was in the queue hoping the best. Fortunately there was a cancellation, so they managed to squeeze me in. They were in contact with me constantly, as soon as ofqual came up with an update regarding the summer examinations 2021. Whenever I had a question, they answered me back in a short amount of time ( sometimes at 5am in the morning, which just shows the hard work they did ). I am starting my practical endorsements next week, and I'm nervous, but they ensured me I will have their full support, which also gives me a peace of the mind. Thanks for everything

l am so grateful to T&E. They really helped my son out of a terrible situation when his secondary school of 7 years decided at the 11th hour that they could no longer be his 'test centre' for A'Level Maths, despite the pandemic affecting him and others the previous year too. T&E were the only test centre that truly came to our rescue and proposed a perfect solution, despite the challenges. T&E clearly have robust systems and professional practices in place and were so patient and helpful along the way. I would like to specifically mention Alison Black, who calmly made it all possible from the very first phone call. If it wasn't for T&E, my son would have missed the opportunity to get onto his specific Uni course yet another year or simply given up on his dream. Thank you Tutors & Exams.

10/10! Have sat 2 exams here now at the Coventry Tutors & Exams centre. They reply very quickly and efficiently to all emails. You are allowed to visit the exam centre before you sit the exam; I have Autism and Anxiety so this was perfect for me and put me at ease! Definitely 5 Stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
