Honestly great place to live. Location is perfect, my view of the canal was amazing and i loved my room, decent size, clean on arrival, kitchen was much bigger than expected, lovely reception staff. The only downside was the washing machines, my clothes just never smelt clean (no matted how much detergent i used). The laundry room had basically no signal so i had to buy a laundry card and the circuit app is a pain (minimum add on £5) but the circuit app isnt anything to do with the accommodation itself. Overall a lovely lovely place to live it really felt like home

Located close to the center of Edinburgh. 20 minutes and you are already there. There is free wi-fi Internet on the territory. The rooms are not big, but quite comfortable. The room has a large bed, a table, a chair and a large wardrobe. The rooms are in apartments (8 rooms and a kitchen with a TV and all necessary kitchen equipment).

The rooms and kitchens are beautiful, the flats have 8 single rooms, but the main flaw is the cleaning, which is poor and never punctual

My son is living here and I couldn't be happier! Lovely room and communal living area, with all the amenities he needs. Situated in a nice area beside the canal, which he walks along to his campus.

Saw it during an open day seemed spacious and very nice with en-suites and also right by a supermarket and across from a huge entertainment centre with bowling, restaurants and a cinema. Only issue is it was a bit of a drive from campus for every day

It was home for 9 months but honestly trying to get anything fixed in that place was a task and a half- a sofa that had burst at the seam towards the end of September still had a hole in it when we moved out in May. Having said that, it really was home, and the reception staff were the loveliest people you will meet.
