This place was lovely to stay. Sarah, the manager was amazing with helping us move in and also, where to go and what to do.
From the moment I signed up to the moment I moved in, Sarah was available to speak to whenever.
Really lovely place and supportive staff as well.
Definitely worth considering for staying during studies.

Had a lovely time staying at the accommodation, met a lot of wonderful people including Sarah who is just loved by everyone. The rooms are great along with the en suite bathrooms and the flats themselves are a great space to socialise with your flatmates. Any issues are taken care of quickly and I think it’s a good place to stay if you’re living away from home for the first time.

For my first time living away from home, this building has taken me on a journey. From move in day I knew that I was going to build as a person and this building would help. I would become more independent but with a little help along the way, that's what this building did for me.
Yes, it's not the nicest location and yes, waking up seeing the college isn't the nicest but it's the building itself that makes this worth it.
You are able to meet new, wonderful people from the start in the social area downstairs, create memories and have a wonderful time, then later on go up to your flat and have a good time with all your friends in the wonderful kitchen and living areas. The flats are very spacious and if you keep them clean, very nice to live in.
The accommodation manager Sarah and her two little helpers (Kobe and Bruce) are the most amazing human/dogs you could have. So helpful and kind and make sure you have the best stay you can, if you stay on their good side (especially Kobe).
I've made wonderful memories here, and I have had ups and downs but I wouldn't change the way this especially weird year has gone.
Having spend most classes in my room on my computer on zoom, I can assure you, I know this building well.
And on the most part, it's treated me well.

Accommodation is great value for money, despite what another resident has said, “The Staff.” Is a brilliant excellent woman called Sarah and runs the office single handedly (Without complaint) and does so many things for everyone, some of which people don’t realise.
Packages as said in the resident handbook are our own responsibilities (Both outside and inside of office hours), Sarah is an excellent accommodation manager who does so much stuff to help every single resident have a pleasant stay.
Can’t wait to return next year.
Accommodation is 5 star but you can’t put a star rating on Sarah.

Excellent service. I was not the resident, simply the parent and facilitator. Sarah, the Accommodation Manager, made the whole process as simple as possible for my son and I, she was always always quick to respond and supportive in every way.

As a whole the building is a great place to stay. The rooms are very spacious and meet the standard of student accommodation. The building manage and receptionist is a great addition to the building as she is very helpful and someone you can go to with any concerns. The building also has great communal space where residents can socialise. Overall a great living experience

The student accommodation is exactly what you expect when living in student halls the bedrooms are great sizes and beds are bigger than you’d expect the kitchen and living room area dose the job the common area downstairs is great for hanging out with friends and getting together to chill it’s really handy how close the college, shops and gym are and easy to get a bus right into town it’s a little expensive though for what you get in my opinion. The building receptionist sarah is amazing she is always there to help, give advice and be someone you can go to I have never met a more fair and understanding person makes you feel more at home she’s great and has been great during the COVID 19 pandemic regards to mail it can be annoying sometimes but sarah dose all she can and the rest is down to you to do. Thanks to sarah and my flatmates it’s been a great first year can’t wait for the next

Location is perfect for going to Edinburgh College, shops, gym and close to public transport. The reception lady Sarah is very helpful even in the times of Covid-19, if you ever need anything and she’s not there she will reply to our messages and help any way that she can. The building is very secure, if you don’t have a key you can’t enter the building so you don’t have to worry about randoms sitting in the building. The rooms are bigger than i expected and meet the needs of students going the the college. Over all i’m pleased with this accommodation.

Sarah has been great since joining CRM. If there has ever been a problem she has sorted it promptly and she deserves recognition for her hard work. She has made my stay a whole lot better. Thank you

Lovely accomodation, really homely feel to the rooms. Have stayed here for 2 years and would highly reccommend this accomodation to people who plan to study at Edinburgh College. Staff are great and really helpful. Feel very safe and secure as entry to the building is via a fob, so only those who live here can gain access. It's an ideal location being right next to the college and also morrisons, so very handy for all your grocery needs. Only a short walk to the seafront too with great views over the forth! Highly recommended!
