Really beautiful. The management at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite spacious. University of Glasgow also provides a Welcome kit. Bed linen and mattress is also provided. There is also an attached bathroom. Most flats are 3-5 sharing with a common kitchen. The Common Room is a great place to meet new people and just to relax.

Pros:
Receptionists will help you maintain your equipment quickly.
Vending machines are cheaper than it in the university.
A PS4 in student common room.
Cheaper laundry than other student residence (£2.4 for washing, £1.2 for dryer).
Not many bugs around.
Free university gym membership (£125 per year for normal membership).
Clean public area.
Free parking.
Cons:
Small rooms, corridors and bathrooms but with a high price.
Receptionist will not receive your parcels for you but other residence do.
Receptionist will not print the contract for you but other residence do.
Far away from university and library (at least 25 mins’ walk).
Far away from the nearest subway station (15 min) Kelvinhall.
Far away from the nearest train station (16 min) Partick.
Far away from the gym (25 min) G12.
Fire alarm check frequently in the mornings (which is annoying).
Security or all kinds of check frequently during last semester (and took away my adapter when I was at campus).
The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes’ walk (Tesco express).
Poor sound insulation.

My friend stays here. so, as a guest i like the room and living space, kitchen area and common room for games.
Price is the same as cooperative to what I pay for my student accommodation.
But it's but far from my Uni.
Nice area and grocery stores is really near. The rail station is in walkable distance to go city center.
Did I miss anything to add🤔.
My opinion: visit the Museum, park and other places if you are staying here.
All the best.

Internet:
✔️ Each flat was covered by an Ruckus Wi-Fi 6 access point, and has an wired Ethernet port in the bedroom.
✔️ The data plan is 300Mbps and it was covered by the bill.
❌ Bad signals in the kitchen and stairs.
Equipments:
✔️ The inventory inside of the bedroom are replaced for the new tenant.
✔️ Beddings are comfortable and warm.
❌ The radiators (heating) just open for specific hours instead of 24/7.
❌ No security guards. No gas stove. No elevator.
Environment:
✔️ The north wing is surrounded by trees. Fresh air and animals like squirrels.
❌ The wall is so weak so that you can hear the sound from adjacent bedrooms.
❌ Two railways located at the north side and the south side of the residence.
❌ All bedrooms, kitchen and corridor are carpeted, which is difficult to clean.
COVID-19:
✔️ A hand sanitiser was set up at the ground fllor of the building.
✔️ The residence provides a huge resource package with foods and supplies for incoming students.
✔️ Frequent greetings and self-isolating guides from the office.
Location:
✔️ 8 minutes from Tesco, Boots, Chinese Shop (Koi Grocery 锦鲤超市, iMart 爱佳).
✔️ 25 mins to the Learning Hub of University of Glasgow.
✔️ 20 mins to the Partick Station (train and subway) and Kelvinhall Station (subway only).
Price:
✔️ It is worthwhile because the unmetered network/power/water and UofG Sports membership.
✔️ Staffs here are very friendly and they quickly response to your maintenance reports.
✔️ All tenants are postgraduate students from the UofG. More safe and peace than public accommodation.
I would say I am eager to renew my accommodation contract for the next academic year, but unfortunately since they prioritize the 1st year incoming students, the positions for previous registered students are not guaranteed.

Not my best experience on this place so far. I love getting to know new people, but the residence itself is not that great. We have had different issues with different things, like the hot water, pipes, drippings, too warm rooms... Also, a bit expensive.

Pros:
- Nice flats
- Free parking
- Great location
- Very easy to live here. Everything is arranged for you.
Cons:
- Expensive
- Internet can be annnoying
- Reception doesn't take large packages if you are not in your flat for the delivery

Great place and possibly the best choice for students who are going to Glasgow University. The smaller rooms are not suitable for having guests over though.
