Grandson at Strathclyde uni, returned him here after the christmas break, he is enjoying here. Common space appeared to be good, the apartments were having kitchens updated and are a good size. Bedrooms are good with ensuite only down side I could see was students who miss mum tidying after them. Also have secure bike storage, nearly forgot location. Ideal for centre of Glasgow, shops, bars and restaurants

I am staying here for 2 months. I am truely enjoying my staying. It is close to City Center so, when I need to buy anything I can easily get my things and also bus station is nearby. The facilities are good, staffs are friendly. I paid my rent lately as I had some problem with my bank. But they don't bother me to pay my rent lately. And it is affordable also. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Health and safety of residents were seen to be one of the highest priorities of BV during this period of covid -19. They implemented new measures to promote sanitisation and social distancing, without compromising on the warm, vibrant atmosphere mostly contributed by friendly and helpful staff members. Student Roost has also been very understanding of students' concerns during this time, being willing to adapt their policies to provide us with further support. It was already a cosy and comfortable place to stay in before, and seeing their response to everything that's happened makes me feel even more grateful for having decided to stay with BV. Thank you.

I like the accommodation personally, Got a generously spacious kitchen and room, except the unfriendly behaviour of the staffs working here. They could be more polite, I suppose because that severely impacts the outlook of the place.

Buchanan View Halls have a lovely social community with plenty of facilities. The staff (the whole group of people from our receptionist to the security guards) are friendly and are dealing very quickly with any issue appearing. As safety is a crucial issue for all the students, I can tell that I feel very safe. I do recommend for students to live the experience of making new friends as well as joining parties and the cheerful times at our common room (watching TV, playing table games, pool and more). I've been enjoying my time so far and I will be living here the following year too, as this accommodation is less than five minutes far away from University. Thank you very much Buchanan View Team, you are the best!

Great location, the flats are very nice and have everything you need. The staff is very kind and helpful. At the beginning of the semester we had some problems with the fridge, but they repaired it quickly, so the maintenance in the apartments is also great!

Great accommodation for a great price. Staff are always friendly and have great small events on daily from free popcorn to a winter warmers stand. Good to have a double bed in first year compared to my friends in halls stuck with a single.

Central location ideally situated near GCU, Srathyclyde and Glasgow City College. Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Great living conditions that creates a comfortable environment- ideal accommodation for the transition from student halls to private. Option to book with friends is excellent. Location= 5/5 Customer service- 6/5 Overall facilities- 5/5 I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a class accommodation for cheaper rent. It's amazing how this building is located in a relatively quiet neighbourhood yet, you are just minutes away by walk from George Square, Buchanan Bus Station, Glasgow Queen Station, Uni campuses (GCU, GCC and Strathclyde) and of course, John Lewis- my fav shop! All the staff members are lovely and friendly and will go out of their way to help you out with issues if any. The weekly events with free pizza, chocolates or fruits is always a plus ;) They have a cleaning team to clean your kitchen every fortnight- a super-helpful facility that many of my friends living in other Uni accommodations don't have! I would like to thank the entire team for making my stay at Buchanan View a comfortable one!

Loved Buchanan View, the staff are friendly and very efficient whenever I had a problem or question. The location is great for Caledonian and Strathclyde Uni as well as Queen Street train station. I really enjoyed my time staying here and would definitely recommend!

Really good and cheap place to stay, perfect for anyone going to Caledonian, Strathclyde or the Glasgow college. Stayed here for a year and a bit, it's perfect for the price of it and is the cheapest you'll find in the centre of glasgow. The staff are very friendly too, especially the manager.
