U. J.Great private accommodation for students who want a special treat and privilege of living not far from the university.
In addition, the staffs are very friendly and helpful, they will help you as soon as they can do for you.
Moreover, the UQ office always have great activities for encouraging tenants and non-tenants enjoy during this COVID-19 situation.

J. W.University Quarter are affordable, clean, newly refurbished housing, with up to 6 people in one house. My experience with them has been very positive and have always had quick and helpful responses to any issues. Maintenance people are nice and always check if there is people in the house before entering and the problems get solved to a great standard. They are that great I'm living with them again!

A. E.Very modern housing & spacious rooms. My first year living with UQ has been one of the best student accommodations I’ve ever lived in. Things get repaired quickly, we are listened to, the staff are lovely. The cleaners are so nice & polite. I would recommend renting with UQ to other students as it is close to campus, it is very clean, houses are safe & secure & it has great value for money. I love my room & the communal areas. So much space for us all & it has been perfect for us considering the year we have had. Most of it being stuck inside, the house has been perfect for lockdown!!!
G.Overall, my experience this year in the house has been extremely pleasant and comfortable, apart from the sofas in the living room. Especially due to the circumstances of pandemic, I found it easy enough to get on with my work and have a fun time inside with my housemates. At any time myself or my house mates needed anything, UQ were always quick and efficient at coming round and sorting out any problems. After the first night in my room, I felt safe and comfortable in room, even though i am on the ground floor. I cannot wait to stay again next year.
O. R.I have lived with UQ for three years currently and I am signed up for next year. I cannot recommend them enough, especially for new students. They make sure that you are living with people of the same year and situation if you require housemates to move in with. Their houses are very nicely renovated, especially when compared to other student houses in Hull. The price is very reasonable and similar to other landlords who do not even nearly provide the same services. The maintenance team are very helpful and prompt at sorting out any issues and the office are always at hand to ring up. They also offer a money incentive for joining, and a discount if you are a member of certain societies. The best student landlord in Hull by far!
M. S.Great accommodation with wide range of price, so you can pick the one which suits you the most! The office is located near the University of Hull, which makes it a good choice for new and returning students alike. Staff responds quickly to emails (sometimes in less than a day - which is awesome). The managed house is well-maintained and any problems with the housing (plumbing, heating, alarms) is handled professionally and in quick manner. Overall, a good choice for student housing provider.

The properties they offer are just a 2 minute walk from the University, which is a bonus. The properties are modern, tidy and great value for money.
