Mill Street is a very welcoming and homely environment. They set up social events to help meet new people which i found really good. The staff are always happy to help and the maintenance team are quick to respond (usually in 24hours). The flat itself is lovely and very spacious. I’ve had no problems with unipol. A very good student accommodation.

Really nice accomodation, friendly staff and nice rooms with included washing machines (unlike joseph stones...). Would maybe take one star off because it's a bit expensive and the hot chocolate has always run out. Still miles better the Joseph stones though, love unipol.

Nice place, holds social events, I think it’s great that I just have to go next door or to the second block to hang out with friends, everyone living here is super nice and the smoking area is pretty but very windy a lot of the time but that’s not something the building can control it also has vending machines and a hot drinks machine, a gym and practice rooms for conservatoire students, although appliances in the gym could be better

Couldn’t think of a better place to live for my first year!! Super comfortable and really great quick responses if you have any problems!!

Great place to stay for first year, 20 min walk from uni, right next to the coach station and if your on a budget then right next to the market. The living rooms are nice and so are the kitchens, you either get 2 bathrooms to share or on suites and there's also a large desk in your room. The heaters work well for winter and there's a gym and a hot drinks machine when you walk in. Reception are usually very helpful.

Great accomodation for the money, provides free hot drinks throughout the day and breakfasts in the morning. Only about a 20 minute walk to the Univerity for me and right next to the bus station so you can get around, can't fault the staff always repaired things when we asked and were very helpful.
