My recent experiences with Hive have been nothing but positive. In the lead up to me moving in, the team were responsive and helpful when dealing with all my requests about the property. They allowed for extra viewings and when I moved in the apartment was perfectly clean. Siam Dattani was especially helpful when an issue arose around direct debtis from my bank. Would highly recommend them!

Had a lovely experience living in a property managed by hive on West Walk. Had a few issues which were resolved quickly and professionally. Rhianne was extremely helpful on several occasions. There was only issue I had which I feel could be looked into as a potential of making these even more comfortable. During the summer months, the studio would become stifling hot despite having a fan and I found it very hard to cool down. With only one window that opened it didn't allow the room to the breathe or air to flow. Perhaps installing some kind of air conditioning or looking into having more than one window that can be opened in the studios would be an advantage but over all pleasant stay and really loved it and was actually sad to leave.

They are by far the best letting agency I've been with for the 4 years I've been in Leicester, my old agency wasn't too polite and they would often do things that wasn't fair for us. Lettings 4 students have been the nicest and the lady who showed us around and told us about the West walk property was very nice. I would recommend this letting agency for any student moving into Leicester at any time, furthermore the people who work in the reception of my building are by far the nicest people I have met in Leicester.

This is my fourth year living in Leicester, and my first time with Lettings 4 Students. Lettings make everything easy! All the people that work for this company are polite, helpful, and reassuring. I have had experiences where my landlord would not respond to emails / phone calls / texts for a few days, whereas, lettings respond either on the day or the next day. As for the place I am currently renting, it is beautiful, spacious, and clean. If you are in a couple and are thinking of sharing a flat- do not hesitate there is plenty of room for two bodies! Overall would I recommend this company for student renting in Leicester? Absolutely!

I have been living on 14 West Walk for the past year and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The studio flat is lovely and the service has been really good. The office always respond to any questions that I have and the maintenance team respond really fast. The building and area are really safe and close to the University of Leicester. Would recommend this company for any student living here and I am looking forward to staying at 14 West Walk for my final year at uni.

I've lived at 18-20 Albion St and it was great. Staff in the office are helpful, maintenance are friendly and efficient. My studio had everything I needed and a little more compared to others agencies viewed similar properties with. Felt safe and secure which was a main priority. Highly recommend these guys for anyone looking to secure their accommodation.

I stayed in an apartment on my own close to the city center and close to both Uni's. The staff were ready to accommodate my needs for a smaller contract and were always readily available to talk to. I didn't have any maintenance issues other than a leak which was quickly fixed. Make sure you read your contract carefully and know what you're agreeing to, this is the adult world. A lot of the negative reviews come from a privileged position where the contract hasn't been read properly. If you read the contract, you'll know what to expect and can better manage your finances. The internet was really beneficial and you get a hub for your place, the speeds are great for streaming and gaming. Would recommend for anyone in their third year looking for a quiet space on their own!

I have lived in one of the studio flats for nearly 2 years and I have been thoroughly satisfied. It would be unrealistic to assume nothing would ever go wrong but whenever there is an issue, communication between Lettings 4 Students and myself has always been fast, professional and positive. Whether I've contacted by phone or email, I am always responded to swiftly and the matters are dealt with within a reasonable time wherever possible with the staff always being kind and courteous. The flat was the best accommodation I viewed in the vicinity for size, facilities and space. The rent price is what you would expect for living very close to the city centre and University and for the size of the flat. I didn't even consider moving for my final year of studies, I definitely wanted to rebook the same accommodation as I enjoy living here. Overall, I would (and have) recommend Lettings 4 Students to anyone who is looking for a quality studio flat that is in a great location.

All the staff are very polite and helpful. They are very fast responding to emails and fix any problems very promptly. Very good for students in both the University of Leicester and DeMontford. Rooms are clean, spacious, and very modern (with huge beds!). The service is amazing and the flats are very secure and you feel safe xx

I was looking for a friendly letting agents with included bills, with properties close to DMU for my final year of study - Hive fit the bill! Was able to move in on the 1st July so that I could continue studying due to odd term dates. Communication has always been speedy, and all the staff are so friendly. The flat is beautiful too! Would thoroughly recommend Hive :)

A student must!! if you are a student looking to study in Leicester, this is the best student accommodation you will find. They made the entire process simple and easy all while I was in another country. The staff is super friendly and if you are considering 8 west walk, the space is absolutely stunning and modern, as it is newly renovated, unlike many other student housing. Super close walk to both Universities and close to town, grocery shops and restaurants The staff answered all my questions both over the phone and email and would ensure to always contact me about important information. Toni was always helpful, the student hive definitely makes it easy for student to simply book, even without a viewing-which was in my case.

Great service! Especially for International Students. They were very understanding and accommodating for all of the intricacies involved with moving to a new country for school, especially the time difference. If you have any questions for them, even ones that you feel sound foolish, don't hesitate; they are here to help. In regards to the rooms, very modern and functional. You can't go wrong! You will have nothing to worry about while you are studying. Highly Recommend.

Coming into third year, I was looking for a spacious, relaxing place to live, where I could both study and wind down, but that wasn’t more than 10 minutes from University – and Hive accommodation provided me with just that. I was immediately seen to when I requested a viewing, was shown a number of very impressive properties, and chose a studio on the very same day! Their payment process is straightforward, and I was allowed to edit my payment schedule to line up with student loan payments, which was extremely helpful. Additionally, Rhianne politely and quickly replied to any queries I had. The apartments are in excellent condition, have brilliant WiFi connection and are value for money - you can even share a studio as it is spacious enough to do so! Lastly, when I had an slight issue with my light, Rhianne sent for someone to repair it immediately and I have never had to wait more than half an hour, which goes to show that your comfort is a top priority to the company. Highly, highly recommend – would give 6 stars if I could!

I’ve had a good experience with the agency over the last 9 months. They have been very easy to access, and quick to fix issues that arose in the property. They have been easy to talk to as well. While 24A Belvoir Street needs some work to make it high quality for the next tenants, I have faith that it can be developed into a much better property in the near future.

I rented from Lettings 4 students for the duration of my PhD (5 years) and having read some of the shocking reviews left by previous tenants I have to say I strongly disagree with the comments made. I stayed at 17 DeMontfort Street where I spent a year in one flat and moved to another within the same building where I spent the remaining 4 years. The flats were perfect for students with adequate study space and a lovely kitchen and bathroom. I was never charged any additional charges, repairs were completed on a logical, priority basis e.g light bulbs took longer for someone to come and replace them but on the one occasion where my toilet randomly wouldn't flush the plumber was there within 24 hours to sort it out! I spoke mainly with Rhianne, Shiam and Nikesh from the team and always received the friendliest reception from them. Completing a PhD is already a stressful enough experience but I have to thank the guys at Lettings 4 Students for keeping the accommodation side stress-free for me!

Luxurious accomodation for an affordable price I'm so happy I found this accomodation. Lived in a studio of Western Boulevard for a year and literally cannot complain about anything. The size of the studio, unlike other studios for student, is simply impressive, making it an super comfortable for students. The staff are supper kind and considerate and they get back to you quickly if you have questions. The location is also perfect as the uni and a Tesco is super close by. I really enjoyed living here.
