Finding an accomodation that corresponds to what I was looking for was very easy with the help of Sulets! The quality of the furniture is so far the best I've ever seen. The customer service that Ruta provided me with was impeccable since she was very kind and always answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly.

I lived with three other amazing and dutiful flatmates, who like me are University of Leicester students. Employees Lottie and Emma were wonderful, quite attentive. I recommend Sulets to anyone. Overall extremely kind and helpful staff, they are always there to help however they can with whatever problem you have and are very forthcoming with any charges or issues that there may be so there are no surprises. There is a dedicated staff member for your accommodation area which means that you don't have to go through different people every time like other student accommodations, also means you know exactly who to email if there is a problem. My staff member was Charlotte, she was swift with her responses, be it phone calls or emails, was always clear with everything that she was explaining, and when it came to the return of the deposit, she made sure she was fully transparent with what the few charges were for making the deposit process much easier than it had been for me with a previous company. 21 Apr 2019, 12:39 Highly recommend Sulets. The staff have always been great, helping us whenever we have any problems or queries. More recently, we had an issue with our fridge which the Landlord had only recently replaced. They contacted the manufacturer under the warranty and the manufacturer was useless. Charlotte who looks after our property was brilliant. She really chased them and worked hard to get it sorted for us. Throughout the process she kept us up to date and informed and also managed to get us £40 of Amazon vouchers from the manufacturer as an apology for their poor service. Having rent both privately and as a student I have always been impressed with the service that Charlotte and her team offer.

Not only does he take his work seriously as I received a call from him promptly after putting in my application but he worked on finding me and my little one accommodation and didn't stop until it was done, literally all within the space of a few hours. Honestly can’t rate the experience enough. There have been some problems but that’s expected with rentals, especially student houses. The service when reporting the problems is excellent and everything has been fixed within the space of a week. They were quick to resolve problems (not that there were many) and were very kind during the COVID-19 situation, letting us end the tenancy early and not pay if we chose to not live at the property. I recently graduated from the University of Leicester, and rented from SUlets in my final year. I rented a room at 3 Greenhill Road. We had no issues at all in the year with them, whenever we had a complaint they sorted it without any hassle. We received the house in good condition and when we noticed things during our stay, they were fixed quite quickly. When a sink was accidentally broken, they also fixed it without fee or a problem, same with some mould in one of the old wardrobes (although not great that it was there initially) and when the thermostat stopped working. We also all received our deposits back in full without having to battle with photographs and timestamps (unlike other, private estate agents *cough* SkyBlueHomes *cough*). Although the house was one of their more premium properties, the rent was quite affordable and they looked after us well through the year. We were dealt with by Katie, who did a wonderful job this year. (Also, when coronavirus hit, those of us who left the house were able to take our stuff, send the keys to them via post and avoid paying the 3rd instalment on our rent, which was greatly appreciated. A huge thank you to SUlets for that!)

One final hint ...dont rush into a house contract with people you have only known for the freshers week and tghe first term..........
