Good overall. My daughter stayed here for an year. Expensive but has its benefits.
Bang in the centre. Uni 2 minute walk. A McDonalds (24x7) next door. Holiday Inn next door (if parents want to stay overnight).
Parking at the back when dropping kid with his / her luggage etc.
Apartments cosy. Clean, lifts. Management center at entrance. Locked and hence secure at entrance, after the lifts. Card access. No keys. Fits in wallet or purse.
All in all a good place.

Student accommodation. Not the cheapest, and comparable with others for size and room features. Our door would not lock from inside and took ages to get someone out. Floor seems to not have been cleaned (ever?). Some other small faults that shouldn't really be there.

Great place overall. People are nice and room are spacious for midget like me. Perfect maintenance and other services. Good view if you lucky. The receptionists are cute too.
Noise is one thing though, wall is shallow and empty. Talking normally can be heard from neighbor and the hall. And then the sad communal lounge, no one uses it.

Located In perhaps the perfect location in Lincoln for a university accommodation the only flaw to The Gateway is its smaller rooms compared to other accommodations. Overall this is quite possibly the best accommodation site around the university and provides great support and security when studying here, however I would recommend that you choose a Studio apartment if you want to have enough room for a comfortable living space.

I like the environment coupled with being that it's a quet hall of residence everything is fox in your room except for lounge

It's good, but can be better.
I'm staying here for half a month now. The rooms are small, and the common room only has a normal TV.
These features are not good enough for the price you pay....
But on the plus side, most of the things are close to the accomodation.

Excellent student studio flats. Clean , dry and warm.
Rather small sleeping/living/kitchen/ensuite area. Beds are adequate, queen size bed with crash pad instead of mattress. Storage is adequate if awkward, as most is under the bed. There is a large communal lounge that can help to break up your living space. Please note: On the whole students who choose studio style living prefer not to socialise.

Good place, high quality, regular checks and fixes take no more than a few days. My only complaint is some rooms are way smaller than others, the desks in these rooms can't fit too many things on them. I didn't have too many issues regarding my room size, even though it was smallest in my flat. Kitchen was nice and well equipped for the amount of people.

Lovely student accommodation. My daughter is here and she has a room with kitchen and bathroom and bedroom in. Lovely space for a student. And they are safe too as they need keys to get up to the doors on the corridors they are perfectly fine and safe here

Took my grandad for a lovely birthday meal today. He enjoyed every moment. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and tentative as he is disabled and hard of hearing they took the time to make sure he had everything he wanted. The facility was clean and well presented. The food exceeded my expectations, it was delicious! And puddings were also delicious, they let you take it away if you can’t stomach any more food. They also had fantastic 2 meals for £9! Great value for money. Will definitely be returning.

A good set of accomodation. The staff are friendly and quick to respond to maintenance requests. Building is secure for the most part with the only issues (that I am aware of) being at the door to Block B which it's locking mechanism is occasionally damaged due to residents attempting to open it manually.

It is nice accommodation but I do not think the rooms is sound proof. I think I have heard my neighbours running water. So doing day to day things in your flat can be hard when trying to not make a noise.

Very clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly and approachable

I had a friend that use to live here during his time at university so I've been here a fair few times, overall I'd say the dorms and nice and the community rooms are well equipped.

More expensive and less room space compared to other accommodation. Good location though.

Nice apartments. They have got all the essentials that are needed and are very close to all the shops in the area.
