Best place I've stayed at in Liverpool! The staff are so friendly and are happy to help with any matter no matter the time! Hannah is a great boss and makes sure everyone is safe and well! Will is new here but he has fit in so well and is also there no matter the time.

Staff are welcoming, Lounge suitable for gatherings and activities, active social life. Rooms are nice and sharing kitchen is big enough to be used by flat residents. enjoyed living there. Since its location is easy to access and its near by my university and city centre.

Such fantastic value for money!! Has so much space, a 3/4 bed plus an ensuite bathroom. Most amazing staff and amazing social events to get involved with. Would definitely recommend Europa to everyone :)

My stay at Europa for the first 3 months of me entering England was the best 1st impression of Liverpool. The Accomodation was always clean at all times and cleanliness during this era of Covid-19 is vital. I really appreciated all their efforts to make my stay safe. The reception staff were always there to assist, friendly and caring, i would like to single out Hannah, she would go out if her way to assist with whatever i needed. I would recommend Europa to anyone considering studying in one of the universities in Liverpool. Keep up the good work.

I'm one of the international nurses from the Philippines who stayed here for 3 months. I can attest that Europa is a very nice and cozy accommodation especially for students. The room is spacious, the kitchen is modern ;) Security, fire safety, cleanliness - all outstanding! 10/10

Great staff, they are very accommodating and nice. Rooms are a good price and better quality compared to University accommodation which can 20-30 pounds a week more for worse quality rooms. En-suits are very good too

Best accomodation I could have chosen. Very spacious rooms, very functional with a lot of storage. The managers are very nice and very helpful and fast, bless them. Only problem so far is that it's a bit far from grocery stores as the nearby Lidl just closed (there's a Tesco express 5 mins away but is a bit more expensive). But overall, fav accomodation, and would definitely recommend

Amazing accommodation within my budget. The accommodation is located at a good location with all the amenities nearby and the city center just 15 mins walk away. The staff is really nice and friendly and solve the issues as soon as possible as we notify them. The rooms are well maintained, spacious and really clean accommodation. Europa has the most friendly staff you'll meet if you decide to stay there. The staff will treat you like family. The facilities are excellent and the rooms are very spacious. If you have any problems, the staff will deal with the issue very quickly and efficiently. The general atmosphere is very welcoming and supportive. I have stayed at Europa for my foundation year at Uni of Liv. I very much enjoyed the room size, double bed and kitchen space for the other 5 flatmates I lived with. The team on site are very friendly and helpful therefore I am staying here again for my first year after UK's first lockdown. Reviews here are saying that they were forced to pay the rent after lockdown but this is untrue. We were not given our deposit back but the £900 rent remaining was written off. Would definitely recommend for new students and socialites.

After spending my first year in university owned accommodation, I can say without a doubt that this is the best accommodation in Liverpool. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, and all the staff are more than willing to help with any problems you may have. The site and the rooms are really modern and well secured, and there is always someone on site 24/7. I can't wait to stay here again next year!

Europa has all the necessities required for student life, from a high level of security to easy access to surrounding universities. The staff here at Europa are what sets it apart from other accommodations, whether you have an important query or just want to pop in for a chat, the friendly faces at reception are always happy to see you.

no problem at all during my stay. Reception was always helpful and quick (e.g. with parcels, and general help). Maintenance is super fast. Plus, they didn't come up with non-sense charges at the end of tenancy and returned full deposit (minus small cleaning fee which was reasonable). I used to stay with another student apartment nearby and they took all my deposit for non-sense reasons........

This is a great place to stay for my first year. Claire and Stephen in reception are always so helpful (ie. Managing parcels and hosting events etc.) and are great craic anytime you go in to the office! Room and ensuite were spotless when I arrived. Theres a lot more space and storage than expected which was great, even in the ensuite. Kitchen and living room are also a great size and have everything you could need. Theres also security 24/7 and onsite maintenance which are both brilliant. I'd recommend to anyone!

Europa has been a wonderful home for me for the past year. They go above and beyond to cater towards students and even make events and socials for us. The maintenance, security, and.office staff have all been wonderful! The accommodation itself is also great, with my own room and private bathroom plus a shared kitchen.

Rooms were clean when arrived. Staff are friendly and helpful and in office all day. Security can be called at night for any issues eg noise complaints. Affordable in comparison to university of liverpool accommodation however gold suit is not worth the extra as you pay for extra floor space no storage.

Great staff, comfortable lodgings, friendly atmosphere. Occasional hiccups with facilities (but that's normal and complaints are addressed speedily). Only issue might be the noise levels: students are known to be a little boisterous, particularly when exams are not looming across the academic horizon. Still, an excellent location.

As I've been here three years and have rebooked for my fourth, this place has an amazing atmosphere you don't find in other accommodation, the admin staff are friendly, cheerful and lovely in every way. The rooms are fabulous, well furnished and it feels incredibly safe here thanks to the security guards in place over night. All in all a very highly recommended accommodation, I'm sad I can't stay here longer.

Amazing, just amazing! Since joining the Europa student accommodation in September, I couldn't have asked for a better arrival. So welcoming and professional as soon as I arrived - helping me with moving my belongings to the room and with also providing with my fob and key quickly. They couldn't have been more helpful. Clare, Kate and Stephen are just remarkable. Since my first phone call to them involving booking a room, I knew they were going to be amazing. If I'm feeling down, I always feeling comfortable talking to them about it. They have helped me through my worst and best times, especially near the start. I love our weekly chats, because you make a day a lot more brighter. When it comes to collecting deliveries, I couldn't ask for anyone better, so organised with how it's run. I know it sounds cheesy, but I am proud to call you my second family. Thank you for freebie Friday. You have helped me one occasion when I ran out of snacks, so I went down to the reception and collected a Pot Noodle. After living in Europa for a few months, I can safely say it is one of the best accommodation blocks in Liverpool. The rooms are spacious and modern and make a perfect second home for any student. The team in the office cannot do enough to help you and are so lovely to have a quick chat and catch up with and answer any questions you have about the accommodation or the city. It’s around a five minute walk to the University of Liverpool and a 15 minute walk to the centre of town so it’s perfect for a night out and for lectures. There are multiple locked doors which you must pass through to get into your block so it’s very safe and well worth the money!

Europa is definitely the best place to stay as a student. The first time you step through the door the staff make you more at home than you can imagine. The staff couldn't be friendlier and they help with everything you need, all you need to do it pop into the office and they're there! I couldn't just mention one member of staff to recognise because they all do their best to make sure you're comfortable. They also host events throughout the year; Christmas Parties, Halloween parties, pancakes on Shrove Tuesday and the list goes on! The rooms are spacious and nice, the kitchens are of a good size too! It's only a 10 minute walk into the city centre and to both LJMU and Uni of Liverpool. There is staff here 24/7 including security! If you ever have a problem with anything in the flat like a repair etc then it will be done a soon as possible! Like i said earlier,I would highly recommend Europa to any student thinking of moving into accommodation as it is definitely the best!

Europa has given me a home for the past few months. It is near the city center, and near the Universities. The rooms are really nice, with it's own bathroom and shared kitchen. Staff is really helpful and are always willing to assist you. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing, The staff and reception are the best you could ask for, incredibly helpful during our two week isolation period, and the room, ensuite and kitchen are perfectly sized, i got the silver room and its totally worth it for the extra space, the student social area is packed with things to do and a good place to hang!!
