Decent student accom. Stayed here for an academic year in their ensuite shared 3 bedroom flats with my mates. Had its ups and downs, but its great if you're looking for a quiet, homely room and in good budget. It is unmatched in terms of location; being located relatively on University of Liverpool campus, a 10 minute walk from the city's busy Bold street, and in the neighbourhood to a 6-11 Tesco store, Heron foods and a KFC. The staff and reception are helpful and its great for international and local students alike. The internet however is quite challenging to survive with as a student. Neighbouring rooms and flats have little to no privacy and the furniture and appliances can be relatively fragile/short-lived. Limited facilities too, but a decent accom for groups looking to live together.

Staying in a platinum studio for my PhD so far has been a great experience. The accommodation staff on the front desk and the maintenance team are really friendly and helpful at resolving any issues. The studio itself is spacious and has its own living room and kitchen areas, with all the facilities you need within it. The building is quiet, so you can study at home easily. The location is also ideal with it being really close to campus, town, and above local shops. I am very happy that I will be staying here for the remainder of my studies!

This student accommodation is one of the best in the city. The staff is always helpful and kind. It is very close to university and it has shops and markets in the area. The flat looks nice and the rooms are lovely. I love the quiet atmosphere and how the neighbours are nice and respectful. It has a flexible tenancy, which is very satisfying for an international student, therefore, this accomodation is a great place for students in Liverpool. I totally recommend it.

It is very convenient with the flexibility of tenancy which is the most satisfactory to me. You can choose one month in different kind of rooms. Nice bathroom with storage places. The fees are reasonable too. Just mind to book in advance because some rooms may be very popular.

The accommodation is stylishly designed, with clean and tidy furniture. Location is brilliant, easy access to university and town centre. Staffs are attentive to detail and helpful. All in all, a very delightful stay in Myrtle street apartment.

I could not recommend Urban Sleep enough. They are extremely professional, the apartments are all to a high standard and they have an in house maintenance team which makes things super easy. All the neighbours are really nice and respectful I had a leak in my apartment, they went out of their way to help and put me in another apartment whilst they sorted it. I enjoyed my time there and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a professional let in Liverpool.

This is a brilliant student accommodation! The staff is really friendly and always quick to help with anything. It's also a right next to UoL, a Tesco, an asian store, and coffee/tea shops. The view from my room is so beautiful. I loved living here!

It’s definitely a good place!! It’s easy to go everywhere especially for the UoL students. Only 2 min to the library, 1 min to the Tesco and Chinese stores. Urben sleep is my second home in UK and I greatly love it. Nice stuff and perfect location!!!!💖💖

Enjoyed living here on the whole, lovely place on the surface. Had quite a few maintenance issues in the two years we lived there with the flat above leaking through to our bathroom light causing our electric to completely trip multiple times, another leak in our other bathroom which stained all the wall and ceiling which was never painted and happened on about 4 separate occasions, a leak in our airing cupboard from above that smelt really bad, our bath leaking to the below flat around 4 times and no water pressure in one of our bathrooms that we reported when we moved in but it was never looked at. We were visited by various tradespeople etc 20+ times. Also please be aware, when we viewed the place originally we were told that mail forwarding was included for a few months when you move out. This is not the case as I’ve spoken to someone today, as we moved two months ago and haven’t received a letter we have been expecting and couldn’t change the address on and they’ve told me that they only take a mail forwarding address for emergencies where they need to contact you... Surely a mobile number/email is more suitable for an emergency? I’m aware that they’re not legally obligated to forward our mail but we would’ve set up a Royal Mail redirection if we were made aware of this before we left, as we were under the impression that what we were told when we viewed the flat still stood. Maybe make tenants aware of this when they’re moving out.

I have been living on Vine Street for one year. It has a good reputation and advantages. It is near to the University of Liverpool just a minute walking. The staff is very friendly and helpful and if you have any problems they always available to help you. The manager also is very kind.

Excellent location, near by the all the key facilities for the student study in the University of Liverpool. The facilities inside the apartment is handy and look tidy. Very nice staffs and they are really helpful. It is very nice to make friends with them. Highly recommend this apartment for the student who without financial stress and the student study in architecture, close to the campus and is a safer place to back in the late night.

Great with communication and maintenance problems always. So refreshing to see a property management team that are as responsive and helpful as these guys.

I have lived here for a year, this might be the best place you wanted to stay if you choose to study at UoL. Really nice and friendly staffs, especially Mike and Kyle. This place is very close to Tesco, KFC and all the Chinese supermarkets and restaurants. If I ever got a chance study in UoL, this is the place I will be staying.

Hardman house I would say is the only saving grace I've had in this covid stricken year. With great facilities and fully furnished kitchens I've found myself expanding my culinary horizons, alongside with this the great location has allowed me to be able to explore the breathtaking city. But the great location or the facilities are not the reason I would reccomend this place. First let's start with the day staff, Kyle and Mike. Arguably the best duo I have ever seen work together, their chemistry and obvious passion for the needs of students have saved me on many days from boredom and depression. The word "Friendly" doesn't do justice to the open door policy and care that they show for the tenants. I honestly feel as if it weren't for them this building would be a constant pit of despair for many. Secondly the night staff here are incredible, as a night owl they are always here to help and no problem is to big or too small, James, Ben, Kalem and Marik thank you for all that you have done for us in this turbulent time. In closing, the staff are truly what makes this building so amazing, their amazing customer service combined with their attitude towards us has truly made living away from home alone amazing.

I’ve lived in 2 vine st building for almost two years after I tried two other accommodations in Liverpool city. I’d say that my living experience with urban sleep (2 vine st building) was amazing! The location is excellent, building facilities and the internal environment is perfect. One of the most important thing is the good staff(letting, maintenance and reception)! they were very helpful, friendly and provided a quicker response when I need a help! The apartment is neat, it has all the necessities you need and friendly staffs such as Kyle and Mike. Though there is no sound proof at all and no hot waters from time to time, the loading sound from the supermarket below can give you a hard time to sleep, but come on, every apartment has it’s own problem.

I lived there for a year and I had a brilliant time, I would happily live there again! The staff were incredibly kind, always help you with any problems, and are always contactable (special thanks to Amandeep for organising my contracts and answering all my queries, you honestly were the nicest landlord I had). I felt very secure living there and felt relieved knowing that I could call security at anytime. The location was perfect as well, as I was practically living on University Campus and it was about a 15 minutes walk into town and the station. I truly would recommend this accommodation to anyone moving into Liverpool, as I have lived in a couple of other accommodations and found that Urbansleep provided the best quality and reasonable priced accommodation both for students and professionals. This review is long overdue, but here it finally comes. Urban sleep, hardman street, was my home during my studies at John Moores University. As I was an international student traveling from norway, I was nervous and worried about the move, but the crew at Urban Sleep was there for me every step of the way. They were always just a phone call away before the move, and when I finally got there, they made me feel so very welcome and safe. It did not take long before I considered them my family away from home. Always smiling and greeting you by name when walking through the reception, along with helping you with everything you need. All of the crew at Urban Sleep are just the nicest people you will ever meet. For me, they have played a major role in creating such a happy student experience. I actually miss them when thinking of my time in Liverpool. Furthermore, the rooms are new, modern and beautiful. Everything is in top condition. There is also a strong focus on safety, which I appreciate, as you always feel safe and looked after. To sum up, you can not go wrong with Urban Sleep, there is no better choice. It is not just some student accomodation, it becomes your home! The hardest part is leaving to be honest. Sadly, I got sick and had to travel back to norway early. As corona struck, I could not travel back to retrieve my stuff. The crew therefore packed all of the stuff for me, and were so very helpful in making sure all of the stuff got delieverd to family members (thankyou kyle and mike). You will not find a more helpful crew! Wish I could give them all the biggest hug and say thankyou. I am so very greatful for everything. You guys are amazing! - Erika X

Many thanks for kyle, he is very responsible, efficient and nice to support people when they are in trouble. For instance, he helps me twice for the door low power battery problem, so that I can enter into my flat. In particular one, even he is very busy, he still helps me fix it quickly in an hour. And I am very sorry for bringing him the problem when he is busy. Additionally, this is a very nice student accommodation. It is clean and convenient for student. In a word, the receptionists are very kind and the flat is a very good choice for student to live in.

It's my second year living here and I plan on living here for next year as well. The location is absolutely perfect - just 5 minutes walk to Sydney Jones Library , and there are many Chinese stores, Tesco, KFC around here. All staff are so lovely and helpful. They also decorated the apartment for Christmas and other festivals. Highly recommend it :)

*•I live in 2 Vine street since two years, which is very convenient place it is warm in winter and you don't need any AC in summer which is nice. *• Also it is close to University of Liverpool 1 min Justin foot !! You can find Tesco and other markets just next to you .The place is clean I mean new apartment new building. *• The most important thing is that the staff are really really helpful and they have a team of maintenance which are ready to help you with any problem you might have in your apartment They are really such a good staff.

I’ve been living here for almost a year now. I have to say this is the best student accomodation ever. The reception and stairs are always clean. Plus it’s really near to the University of Liverpool, only took me about 3 minutes to walk to the Sydney jones library and my lecture rooms (deffo recommend to media students, just 1 minute away from Rendall building if you’re about to late and run like a flash). The staffs there are also very very very friendly and helpful, especially Mike lol :):). Anyway, excellent living experiences and would recommend to all students.

The Urban Sleep Team, in particular Jessie and Sam have been more than helpful In not only dealing with my application for the apartment here at Princeton Palace (should be called) but also ensuring I have settled in well. Staff respond it seems like seconds after any emails ive sent requesting help. The team go above and beyond and even helped take a huge spider out of the building hall way...it was huge and was giving me evil eyes every time I walked past. It was no bother to the staff who were happy to help!

I've lived at Princeton Place for two years now and Urban Sleep have been really great. The flat has been perfect - the apartments are really nice, most (including ours) have great views over the Mersey and the location is brilliant too - less than ten minutes walking from the Baltic Triangle, and right next to Brunswick station which is only two minutes from central station. Urban Sleep have been really easy to deal with throughout the two years, and have been a big help where needed. I would definitely recommend using Urban Sleep, both for service and quality of the apartments too. All the staff I dealt with were great! I would continue my tenancy for another year, but I'm moving to Australia. If I wasn't, it would be a no brainer!
