Roehampton has a unique atmosphere for a London uni - it's got a good location in southwest London, not far from Putney and Clapham, but is also in a less busy part of town, so you can avoid the negatives you can sometimes get in London, and can also be in the the middle of town quickly. It's traditionally really strong in teacher training and education, and is well-known for being one of the best places to study that in schools. There is a wide mix of people there too, and a good campus atmosphere.

Just finished class 21 studen who finished a three years Bsc, I wanted to say the campus is gorgeous ever since the re-build of Digby and Southland college. The professor are amazing in helping in the courses, in the thee years. Even the library it really good place to study. But I won't recommend the in campus accommodation if any new students are going and on a budget .

It’s one of the best university in London. The people are very lovely and friendly. The library is awesome and very big. It have 5 floor and the coffee shop is open until 12 pm, you can go, do your coursework and take any drink. You can find a forest inside the university with a lake, it’s very peaceful in the night.

Choosing Roehampton for postgraduate studies was the best decision of my life! The staff are absolutely fantastic, knowledgable and inspiring; the support andpand community offering is immense; the Students Union provided a wealth of opportunities both skill-building and fun entertainment; the campus is idyllic and uplifting; and it's located three minutes away from Richmond Park! I couldn't recommend enough!

The University of Roehampton is great! I love the Psychology department lecturers. They are the best. Some from the counselling department were a bit too enthusiastic or didn't care much. However, the main thing was that it is a respectable university and 95% of lectures were delivered well and to a high standard. Another thing I enjoyed was walking to the library. Sometimes, being about 15 minutes away from the main campus felt annoying, especially in the cold. But to be fair, it is good to get all that oxygen into you before you do some studying. Also potential students, make sure you look after your mental health as studying can take a lot out of you.

The most aesthetically pleasing library I have ever seen. Very spacious and always clean and tidy. It has a unique tier system which I hadn't seen before - the ground floor is normal speaking level, the first floor is the same, the second floor is for whispering and the third is silence. It has very large windows which allow a lot of natural light into the space as well as a lot of independent study areas. One of the easiest 5 star reviews I've ever given.

I was doing my Masters in International Management in 2009-2010. Everything was amazing. Some lecturers were not great, but mostly they did a really good job. The only essential disappointment was the supervisor of my final dissertation - he was absolutely useless. Overall, the experience was good. Student life outside classes was amazing: everyday something was happening and students attended all the events. You could literally feel the part of the special community there. I lived on campus in Whitelands college, which was cool: the rooms were relatively modern, close to Putney (which is a good night out), close to Kingston (pretty cool area too). One of the best days of my life were at Roehampton during that year. I made a lot of international friends there.

I absolutely loved my time there as a mature student. The library was fantastic,well organised ,tidy at all times .The walk between campuses was breath taking because of its green landscape.

It is a pretty campus but the uni doesn't not help the students. Teachers don't answer emails, no support is provided

The University of Roehampton is an excellent educational institution. The course work is up to date with latest market trends, and the lecturers are supportive all the way. It is evident that the University is actively pursuing their strategy to become a world leading University. Students are actively contributing to this process, taking part in feedback to assure the University reaches its goals. My personal opinion is that you have to watch this space, this University is climbing the ranks and will continue to do so. If you choose an educational institution, at the University of Roehampton, over time your qualification will be worth more at a fraction of the cost of other educational institutions.

Studying at Univeristy of Roehampton Birmingham Campus(extended degree), I can only say the experience has been the best one of my life! I haven't lost interest, teachers have always been extremely careful to every need, we are urged every day to speak out if we need help, and help is always provided. Staff is amazing and everyone is sweet, teachers very capable who maintain the class in a dynaimc atmosphere. I cannot wait to start Year 1!

Studied at Froebel College a long time ago now but pop back a couple of times a year. It has changed with more accommodation being built each year, but still love walking round the lake at Froebel. See if you can find my name on the Student Union Honours board in Grove House, the Uni is a BIG reason why I still live locally.
