Reviews of Yi Fang Fruit Tea Manchester
their mudflip milk tea used to be my favourite until i found another place with stronger tea. so more recently i’ve tried their hot matcha mudflip which is nice actually! matcha flavour was strong enough and the drink had the right amount of milkiness :) the matcha powder was slightly clumpy in the drink but it’s okay. to me, the boba pearls here are always good and chewy.
update: just tried their cold matcha mudflip and i think their warm matcha mudflip somehow taste nicer, flavour-wise
The mudflip milk/ milk teas aren't too sweet like other places which is great. The boba here is on the squishier side but amazing nonetheless.
A wide selection of tea available. From traditional Chinese tea to fruit tea to bubble tea. Strategic location on Oxford Road near universities.
I love their Yi Fang fruit tea!
It's ok. Not my fave bubble tea
Yummy tea! Soya milk available!
Nice
International students miss the good taste of Taiwan. Although it is not cheap, it is nice to have a drink once in a while~
When you come abroad, it’s best to drink familiar drinks🤣
Other beverage shops abroad are still too sweet and not so customized.
Yifang’s tea is really delicious~~~~~but the brown sugar is too sweet for me, I feel guilty😳😳
The first time we tried tea with milk and beans and we loved it
Taiwanese drink store
(updated)
ordered 4 drinks today: mango pomelo sago , taro sago milk, winter melon tea and aiyu jelly tea (think it was called lime jelly tea or something on deliveroo).
1. mango pomelo sago: ordered at 50% sugar which was perfect. the drink was nice and creamy with a decent amount of mango taste. This drink doesnt contain any actual mango pieces (normal) but it also didnt contain any pomelo either for some strange reason. this was the only dissapointing part. Drink contains mini sago balls.
2. taro sago milk; ordered at 50% sugar again and this time it felt sweeter than before. I had to mix it with some water to reduce the sweetness. Very nice drink as expected.
3. winter melon tea: same as before. nice but pretty normal. 50% sugar is definitely sweet enough.
4. aiyu jelly tea: 50% sugar and i actually found it not sweet enough as the tea was lemon/lime so it was a bit bitter. I had to add some syrup myself so I would recommend 75-100% sugar for this drink if you normally drink sweet stuff. Large slab of jelly in the tea. Ok but probably wouldnt order this again as it wasnt as nice as the ones I had in Taiwan.

Ordered the taro sago milk (50% sugar) and the winter melon tea.
the taro milk sago was sweet enough even at 50% sugar and I normally like sweet things but was worried if 100% might be too sweet, 50% was perfect. The taro was pureed and the whole drink was refreshing and nice. Glad it wasnt just taro flavouring like how a lot of other stores have taro drinks.
the winter melon was normal but nice. not too sweet.
The pearls are amazing here at the perfect texture and they are smaller than usual pearls which is more traditional which I love! A wide variety of drinks to choose from and all taste great! Would highly recommend and great service! (I came in wet from the rain one day and one of the workers offered me a paper towel to dry my forehead, so kind!)
I went here last year. Nice place. The staff laughed at me and my friends because we couldn't stab the straw in . Bit embarrassing. Overall ok tho. 🙈
The bubble tea is very tasty and the staff were very kind! I ordered a drink at 100% sugar however it wasn’t sweet enough for me so I asked for some more and the staff member kindly did so :) the tapioca is small like little beads compared to other places which was something new :D!
I just have a question since I think I’ll be visiting this shop often, do you provide free WiFi?? Thank you!
The ingredient is much better quality that many others (especially the milk and pearls). Blended perfectly and absolutely delicious!
Offers in store differ to deliveraroo and they have disabled pickup option so you just pay service and delivery fee.
A few seats inside and not part of the help out to eat out scheme like other tea places
the best place for bubble tea and the most lovely staff !! me and my friend both ordered the mud flip milk tea - delicious !! will definitely be coming back again soon 🤩
A lovely milk tea shop serves nice drinks and some fresh made bakery.Mudfilp and yifang fruit tea strongly recommend.
